Great
Still getting used to new pc but it is much much better then my previous one.

Didn’t switch on
The product looked good on Amazon’s website. The specs were just what I was after. Delivery was okay. However, the PC didn’t switch on. I initially thought what have I don’t wrong ? So followed the links looking for help / support, the pages had hyper links but no information, no help and was therefore no use. I know I didn’t do anything wrong ! The PC simply didn’t switch on at all. Having to return it was not straightforward, the item came from the Netherlands and that was of course the return address and it was expensive to return, £80.00. Once bitten twice shy.

Media PC
The PC arrived before delivery date which was a plus. The advert says it was just take out of box, plug in and your up and running 🤷🏻♂️ I couldn’t connect my monitor to the PC so had to buy a DVi to Display Port adapter, as the one supplied was Display Port to HMDI 🙈 trying to contact the maker was horrendous. I explained the issue and they asked for an invoice number 🤷🏻♂️ so sent it again and the problem and Googled a fix myself. Keyboard was unable to work properly (£ sign and another issue) so again Googled issues and I had to change some settings.

Two new computers
Setting up was a breeze for the first one but the second one had somebody's name set as administrator. So had to reset computer to factory setting which took a lot longer to do which I could have done without but all said and done very pleased with them. Good value for the money and very quiet and everything that I need thanks

Price point
This computer has a good specification, however the price point is far too high for the year of the technology incorporated in it. On reflection I would go back to sourcing a reconditioned PC available with very similar specs at a much lower price point, I was to quick in selecting this particular PC. That being said, the PC is performing exceptionally well and is ideal for my purposes.

Product is sold as a tower but the DVD player will only work horizontally.
DVD drive is for horizontal use only
