Serving size
I would call this a one serving size, I add meat to my sauce and cheese. The noodles get completely lost in the sauce and the amount is barely noticeable. If I do the traditional spaghetti on the plate and put ONE spoon of sauce over it...then I have the 'traditional' look of a plate of spaghetti, but the serving sz is not enough. If you add a side dish and maybe bread you could get 2 servings from it...but i don't eat bread. my take on it.

Miracle Noodles
The noodles are clean out of the bag not like the Shitake noodles that have a chemical smell that you have to wash over and over. I believe the Miracle Noodles have a better taste. Yes they are more expensive but until I find a cheaper low carb noodle I will stick with them. Theirs enough for 2 servings.

Texture and taste
Taste was good. Texture was slightly off from regular noodles. Will definitely buy again.

So Good
Recommend these noodles for people trying to cut calories and carbs but love pasta! This company also makes an awesome pad Thai. I used these noodles to make my stir fry and they were excellent, very similar in looks to rice noodles. Haven’t tried them prepared any other way but stir fry is awesome!

Ready to eat miracle noodles
My husband is a type 2 diabetic and loves these. This was the first time he'd tried the ready to eat and loved them. The other kind involves lots of rinsing and some people are sensitive to the smell. Although I will say that the Miracle noodle brand is the least offensive of all in my opinion.

Horrible Texture
Maybe I didn't prepare them correctly - maybe it's completely my fault but eating these 'noodles' felt like chewing thin leather strips.. They can take on any flavor so I guess that's a plus, but the texture is horrific..

It MUST be seasoned with something strong.
Excellent keto food to replace noodles. Taste is non-existent so I have added liquid crab boil (careful with this) Creole and Cajun spice mixes, soaked in teriyaki.......and the texture is not palatable. Those loving Japanese sushi and Asian foods might be well suited and accustomed to this noodle but on keto I need texture, flavor and seasoning.
