good book, very handy
great book, came so quick, was a little concerned that the packaging was a bit damp due to all the rain when it was delivered however the book was fine.

Black and White Paper book
The hard copy is a Black and White Paper book, not as colorful as the PDF Book!!

No UK VAT Process but a Comprehensive Function Guide.
Extremely comprehensive except the VAT Return Process for UK users (hence 4 Stars). I find this with most accountancy software books, they are written abroad so can omit critical features. That said it was brilliant for most other processes. Being an accountant I was able to understand the concepts really easily so I cant comment upon how easy it would be to pick it up if you were a novice... Its a VERY thick book, so a lot to process if you are! I can dip into sections I could not figure out for myself from the programme and find the logic, indexing and layout easy to follow...
