That they do have a short shelflife – had to be used with in a few weeks
The waffles are absolutely delicious – but very short sell by date!

SHORT SHELF LIFE
I am going to end up throwing these waffles away for the second time. This is only the second time I purchased these waffles. They are stale, and the use by date is 20/9/18. I wonder what they taste like when they are fresh.. Bad choice on my part. Wouldn't recommend them.

Next best thing if you're not in Belgium
Good texture and flavour. As others have said it's convenient to have them individually wrapped. I heat them in a microwave ( ours is 800) on full power for 20-25 seconds. They come out hot and delicious with the scent wafting around.

Only to "impress"
These are definitely "posher" than those that come in a six pack at your local corner shop. Taste is more complex, and they look the part....but all 3 of us much preferred the cheap variety. And my god are these expensive.
