Very comfortable pillow! I typically use a body pillow between my knees, but I travel a lot, and taking a body pillow in and out of a hotel is awkward. So when I travel I don’t sleep well. This pillow is small, so I was able to take this pillow on my last trip and it was great. The thick curved foam is perfect for supporting my knees, which also took pressure off my back. I really did sleep good. Now I use this pillow at home as well, no need for body pillow. Nice quality product

Maybe this shouldn't be a one-size fits all object. It's a little larger than I need, but it does the trick, regardless. It's memory foam and doesn't collapse or wear out. I usually sleep with it in my thigh and it alleviates knee and hip pain that I would get otherwise.I'm happy with the purchase, it's much better than forcing a regular size pillow or suffering through those tiny airplane pillows.

This pillow is GREAT! It’s firm, so it doesn’t smoosh down into nothingness when you put it between your legs. I’m pregnant and this has REALLY helped my back greatly! Would definitely buy again!!

Pillow is great! It was just a little too wide/big for me to be totally comfortable! (I’m 5’4”) However, despite it not helping me by wearing out quickly or flattening, it shows it’s a quality product!

This is a great support pillow for under the knee. I had knee replacement last year and for the first few months I needed to support my operative knee and bed pillows were too large or not thick enough. Wish I would have had this pillow at that time. Iwill be having second knee done and this pillow is just what the Dr. ordered. Also like the fact that the cover can be removed and washed. Great overall support pillow.

This cushion was just too bulky to be comfortable to sleep with.

Hard to sleep with, works great for just laying down

I've been using this for a while now, and the results have been phenomenal. For me, prior to getting the pillow, I had been having severe back pain that just got worse and worse, and as a side sleeper, the only thing that ever helped even a little was a pillow between my legs. They were always too soft and cumbersome, so I only used them when I felt like I needed them.This is a small, contoured pillow that allowed me to find a place to rest it where I actually felt comfortable. It's memory foam, but it's firmer than I'm used to - most memory foam will contour to me and then slowly but surely deflate into complete uselessness, especially because I'm a big person (well over 200 pounds). This one, despite any squishing or squeezing or the cat deciding to add her weight to my legs, has held its shape and still feels supportive and comfortable. It's also small enough that I can turn over easily without dislodging it from my knees.The zipper on the cover can be a little bit annoying, but once you figure out how to turn it to best suit you, it's barely even noticeable anymore.
