Been taking this product felt the same great benefits as Holigos. I used to take Holigos till they changed the product. It was the only HMO product with Lacto-N-Neotetraose. Which is the only HMO that fully works. Helps a lot with anxiety too. Please bring this product back or another product with high dose Lacto-N-Neotetraose HMO.
