High quality and works great for my wife to get in the bathtub. Very sturdy.

Very sturdy and easy to put together. My husband recently had surgery and uses it to get in to our high bed and passenger side of our truck.

This product is medical grade and easy to assemble. The instructions were clear cut and all the necessary tools were included. My husband loves this product - helps him to get in and out of bed and to put things away in cupboards that were unreachable before. I would recommend this product if you have an elderly family member that needs extra help in reaching places. The side bar ensures there are no tumbles! The height/size and weight of the product is just right, it is slip resistance and the size fits into areas and can be stored away with any problem.

Firstly I'd like to address the negative reviews. Some of the reviews show screws going through the base/foot stand area. This is an assembly error. There are 5 shorter screws that attach the base to the stand. Don't use the long screws they may go through if forced. The 4 long screws are for the handle to stand connection. Some reviews showed the handle wouldn't fit the base stand too attach, it wasn't wide enough. This is also an assembly error. As you can see in my photo's the stand is rectangular in shape. Be sure to put the pieces with the holes on the same end (short side) rather than the long side. I almost made that mistake simply not paying attention. This has been extremely helpful for my mother. Its very sturdy.. note the sturdiness comes from the balance of weight so standing on or stepping one foot on before pulling on the hand brace keeps you steady. Its an excellent and most helpful product. Great for many uses. Stepping to reach higher up. Getting into a higher vehicle where running boards still maybe too high. So many uses. I truly recommend this for hurt legs or feet cast users and older people that just need a little step up. Instructions are clear it's easy to assemble. If used for a vehicle it easily fits into the back floorboard.

Unsteady on my feet after 2 knee replacements, this DMI step stool with knee high handle has kept me from falling time and time again. Easy to assemble, lightweight yet stout and durable. Made getting into bed less painful. LIGHTWEIGHT and easy to move if needed. A stable platform where you need that extra 9 inches. Handle comes up to 33 inches (2'9"). There are more expensive choices but this one handled my over 200 lbs without question. Highly satisfied with value versus cost. Falling Hurts, so HOLD THE HANDLE.

Perfect for what I wanted. Required for my 92yr old mother inlaw to get in and out of the shower/bath. Also came in handy for my little grandson to stand at the basin and wash his hands and clean his teeth. I recommend this item.

To preface this review, I should tell you that I am 5’5” tall and weigh 265 lbs, I basically look like a round ball, Willy Wonka would roll me to the juicing room, lol. I needed a ‘small step stool’ to help me reach to my top cupboards and the top shelf of my closet. I have used one of my wooden dining chairs in the past but lugging it around and the height was just becoming too much of a hassle. Ordered this baby and I’m jumping for joy. Though it’s not super high, it’s high enough so I can reach to the back of my top cupboards and the high shelf in my closet. This thing is SOLID. I mean, I have full faith that it will not tip or break. The legs are constructed in a way that it doesn’t matter if I don’t step dead center on the stool, it won’t tip over. It smells like rubber when first out of the package because the top is covered with a textured rubber but after a day of off-gassing, no more smell. I highly recommend this to anyone of substantial weight or has mobility issues. If balancing is a problem, order the one with the long handle to hold on to. I should note that I am in Canada 🇨🇦 and didn’t need to assemble the stool, it came fully assembled out of the box.
