New GO TO for Ironman training
Five stars all day long. I train for Ironmans and long distance runnning. This product is not like the thick GU gels. It is smooth and easy to digest. The taste is not too sweet but just enough. I loved the small peek your get of energy with no crash at all.

Damage package
I love this product and this particular flavor. The way they arrived was unacceptable. The box came crushed, ripped, and already opened, with the gel packs exposed inside the shipping bag. It honestly looked like it had been tossed around or stepped on. For the price of this product and especially since it’s something I consume I expect it to arrive sealed, intact, and protected. Instead, the packaging offered zero protection, and it made me question the safety and freshness of the gels. Super disappointed. I love this brand, but Amazon needs to ship these with better care.
