impressive
This is amazing. Non gmo, nutrient based and 3rd party tested. The amounts and included vitamins are excellent. This has everything, choline, molyb, and even iron. Rarely can I ever find vitamins that have everything needed but this one is pretty spot on. I love the testing and value. The only thing missing is dha/epa, which is easy to supplement separately.

I’m a very skeptical person, but I am intrigued by this…
As a functional nutritionist with a specialty in fertility, I generally only go for prenatal vitamins with methylated/active forms of the b-vitamins, so I was surprised to discover something new with this supplement.Panmol is their source for the b-vitamins, which was something new to me. So out of curiosity I’ve been researching this source and have been very intrigued. It seems like a great way to get natural b-vitamins into the body - but how are they able to get such high levels of b-12 (typically found in animal products) from quinoa for instance? I did some deeper digging and discovered that the quinoa is sprouted in water fortified with b-12, which then the quinoa is able to convert into a more natural usable form. It’s interesting to ponder, but still has me a bit skeptical, so I just had to try it for myself. One thing I really like about this approach is that the levels of vitamins are at a reasonable range and not massive amounts like many/most other prenatals on the market. This seems like a great addition for someone who already has a pretty healthy diet and just wants some extra assurance that they’ve got their bases covered. However there are a few qualms. I’m disappointed that they used a citrate form of zinc when they use such high quality sources for the other minerals. Citrates may deplete ceruloplasmin. This also has a pretty high level (15% dv) of calcium for a prenatal, which may inhibit the absorption of other minerals like iron. I like that they chose the bisglycinate form of iron for this as it is generally better absorbed and causes less side effects (if you know what I mean - amazon won’t let me say it directly), however it can still cause issues for some people who are prone to it (being backed up).The iodine levels are pretty high for a prenatal. Iodine is a Goldilocks nutrient, where you don’t want too much or too little… if you’re already getting sufficient iodine in your diet, this would likely be too much for you. Or if you have a condition that puts you at risk such as something to do with that little butterfly gland in your neck (can’t say the actual word in my review). A slightly higher amount of selenium would be nice to balance this out. It’s great to see a good form of selenium being used (and the other minerals as well, as mentioned previously).I’m also a big fan of phosphatidylcholine and love to see that in a prenatal. It’s not a common ingredient and is something I often recommend my clients to take separately, so it’s convenient to have it in this!I’m currently preparing for pregnancy myself (in my upper 30s) and even though I have a couple minor issues with this product, overall I think it’s a great option and a decent value price wise considering the quality.

I feel amazing!
I think these are the best prenatal I've tried so far, I've been taking them every other day for about a month. My nails seem to be growing quicker, and my skin is clearer and more youthful on my entire body. I have been taking these during weight loss, and I think they're helping with my energy levels, mood and overal well-being in general.

sits ok on the stomach
Multivitamins, especially prenatals, often disagree with my stomach, I think becaue of the iron. I did not experience that with these multis, though. They didn't repeat and appear to have some more bioavailable forms of some of the B vitamins.

Good size and no smell
I like the pills are not gigantic that is pretty easy to take. It doesn't have a strong smell whicj is a nice touch. I don't feel much different after taking it so I don't know if it actually benefits me.

Great complex of vitamins and nutrients! Domestically made at GMP facility!
Synthetic vitamins and supplements are made from chemical compounds produced in a lab. They're made to mimic the natural way the body absorbs nutrients from food. The body doesn't as easily recognize synthetic vitamins therefore, it's harder for the it to absorb and use them efficiently. To figure out if your supplement is synthetic or natural always check the label. Natural supplements usually list food sources or are labeled as 100% plant or animal-based. Supplements that list nutrients individually, such as vitamin C, and use chemical names like ascorbic acid, are almost certainly synthetic. This Prenatal-Postnatal Multivitamin for Women formula lists some of vitamins as ingredients it is consisting of with all the chemical names of the vitamins. Some other vitamins however are listed as natural plant based supplements and not synthetic ones. With this wide variety of beneficial nutrients and vitamins, it looks some of them may have been produced in the lab.Even with so many essential vitamins and nutrients in this complex it is a bit pricey at $50 for only 30 days supply. It does state that it is domestically manufactured at Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility which is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
