This machine is easy to use and makes soft ice very quickly. Two sizes of ice lumps which are bullet shaped and hollow so melt quickly.It is important to use the self clean function after use - this does need water in the reservoir. Easy to drain via the button underneath. I stand mine on the draining board and drain down the sink.The instructions are quite good for a change.

Bought this item just under a year ago, does exactly what it says on the tin. However, had an issue with it last week when it stopped making ice. Contacted the company who asked for a video of the problem, they came back quickly saying it was a refrigerant issue, and they would send me £30 to get it repaired locally. I replied, after googling the repair, with no one local able to do this. The company came straight back, offered full refund and asked me to dispose of the machine, which I have. I’m not here to slather machine off because it is good, but superb customer service!!!!

prompt delivery. nice design. not noisy. makes great ice cubes as you `d expect. but 7 mins is pushing it a bit. i`ve only made 1 lot to stock the freezer, but that took 40 odd mins. not a problem in itself ,but a bit off the 7 min mark. Ishould have continued to make a second batch and i think that when the machine is warmed up ,so too speak , ithink that the lower time may have been reached. I didn`t this anywhere ,and i do stand to be corrected. However I think that this is a great little machine and would select it again. And we are looking forward to using it a lot more as lockdown eases and the summer warms up .

My previous ice-maker stopped working after almost 4 years. The thought of using little trays for 10 or so little cubes at a time or using up valuable freezer space with bags of ice didn't appeal so got this.Easy to use, can see what you're doing, fairly quick.A really good buy.

Only had this 9 months. It has stopped working. It nearly melted and caught fire. Not good. Waiting for a refund. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I absolutely love this ice machine. It's really easy to use, does exactly what you need it to do, and doesn't take up too much space! I love the colour (I got the minty colour) and I honestly just love everything about it

This is great saves me buying bags of ice all the time!! Good little buy!EDIT: Amended as this broke within a few months. The company kept giving me things to try which fixed it for a bit. Then when it went over 12 months they said it was out of warranty. Avoid the company.
