Cookies taste awful and very stale I’ll never order again

I just got my 2 box of cookies today ! First, the 2 boxes both are ripped open ! And the cookies taste old and sticky inside ! When I look at the Expiration day, it’s tomorrow! I request a refund !

I purchased these for an All Nations event where we did food tasting. I got these to represent France. They are dry. The packaging was DIFFICULT to open to the point it basically crumbled the wafers as I was trying to open them. I wouldn't buy again. I think there are better options.
