This fan really came in clutch during the hottest days of the summer. Living in California you always expect the weather to be hot during the summer but this summer was relentless. Constantly sweating to the point where sleeping was impossible. After purchasing this fan the set up was pretty simple and immediately began doing it's job perfectly. My room is always cool and even on hotter days it doesn't fail to keep me cool. It's ability to drain water is really easy although a little awkward to do. The noise level of it is really low so you don't lose concentration because of it. It's also really space effective and doesn't use up much space in a room so it's suitable for any room.

Good product cools well have in my living room and cools down quickly

Got this to put in my bedroom as I like for it to be colder while I sleep without having to cool the entire house at that temperature. Setup was simple enough, and the noise level is not bad. It provides good background noise to drown out unwanted sounds.

We used this in our master bedroom, which is about 400 ft.². It made the room feel like an igloo. After we saw how well it worked, we purchased another unit for our daughters bedroom. I recommend it.

Very noisy

I have no dislikes. I like it just fine little louder than I’d like,

I bought this for a room that is 205 Sq ft. After 24 hours running, it is still 80 degrees in this room. I would not recommend this product.

Good news first. This ac blew cold air, and it was refreshing to stand directly in front of it. It was able to eventually cool down a 110 sq ft area to 77° F on a humid, 88° F, partially overcast day.The bad news is that the goal was to cool down 220 sq ft of area and after 3 hours of getting nowhere the area we were trying to cool had to be reduced from 220 to 110 sq ft. After reducing the area, it took over 2 more hours to get there.The problem is not necessarily with this specific ac or brand but with the type. The single hose design draws air it has cooled from the room for the condenser which it exhausts through the vent to the outside. In doing this, it creates a negative pressure in the room. The result is hot humid air is drawn into the room from the outside through every door and window seal and any other "leak" in the room to the outside. It is somewhat of a self-defeating design and leads to higher energy usage than a double hose design. If we had to do it over we would go with a two hose design which uses outside air for the condenser and doesn't create a negative pressure in your room.One issue with this specific unit is the water drain. It is only an inch or so above the floor. The instructions specifically forbid setting the ac unit on any platform above the floor. However, unless you have a floor drain, it is almost impossible to drain the water. This is just poor design. The good news about this is that after over 5 hours of operation on a humid day, there was very little water to drain. The design apparently uses cool condensed water to aid the condenser operation and, in so doing, much of the water is evaporated. If this is the case, it is a good design feature.Overall, I’d give it 2.5 stars.
