Ok, so I’ve been using these for a while and honestly, I’m not sure.I haven’t noticed much change in my jawline and it makes both my teeth and jaw ache.Maybe this is supposed to happen or maybe they are just a bit too big for my mouth..Either way, they’re not for me which is why they’re only getting 3 stars.

The silicone trainers are in 3 strengths beginner, intermediate and advanced, I'd highly recommend noyt rushing into it and spending time on beginner and work your way up slowly to avoid injury/aching jaw.It's easy enough to use, and when you are done you can clean it up and put it in the little storage container.I've not noticed any difference, albeit that I feel it in the jaw, so I suspect that over time it will have some effect, whether that would just be a really big jaw muscle I don't know.

Have not figured out for the life of me how to use this product. If I have figured it out, then the product just sucks and for that reason I am led to believe I must be doing it wrong. Instructions are no good.

I will start by saying I'm not sure the advertised outcomes of using these products are true or not. I could see these jaw exercisers improving the tone to your face but to fix a double chin? That is caused by fat and the only way to fix that is to reduce your body fat.I have been pretty skeptical about these products but at the same time always wanted to give them a try. I was surprised how well they seemed to work. They were not as hard on the teeth as I was expecting and while these might not pose the toughest resistance after a few reps you can feel it in your face especially the day after.I would advise starting low and not over doing it as its easy to strain a muscle and that is not a good time. I would also advise slowing down your reps. Rather than chop your way through it, slow things down and especially try to control slowly opening your mouth with this in. Might sound easy but is a harder to control in a slow progressive movement than you might think.Overall I think these are interesting but at the end of the day do they change the shame of your face. I don't know. I can for sure say the work out your face/jaw muscles.
