Considerations before purchase
This MTB is of fair quality. It looks very snazzy and appealing (a lot of compliments). Some upgrades will be required to better the bike such as; thicker tire tubes (stock quality is poor and doesn’t hold air), seat post (doesn’t stay in place and will strip if tighten anymore), better seat cushioning, handlebar grips (poor and slippery), peddles (cheap narrow plastic), and it’s highly recommended to take to a local bike shop to have inspected once assembly is completed. The brake disks needed proper professional adjustments and the cables were said to be twisted in its housing/coverings. I ride this bike hard almost everyday in a round trip of 10 miles and it’s hanging in so far.(Image is after assembly and not with any upgrades which have already been made)

Almost 5 Stars. Smooth ride, precise gear change, cool look w 6 strokes. 1 minor disc brake issue.
This is a great bike. I was a bit hesitate in the beginning to buy online because I have to assemble it myself and I don't know how good the quality is. It will be a big hassle to return it even it is free. But I shop around, it is not possible to find a bike that has the great look, aluminum frame, disc brake and double suspensions. This bike have everything I am looking for; also it has the 6 stroke wheels that make it look very cool. Assemble is easy, just the handle bar, seat, paddles and front wheel. But there is a small problem. The front disc brake was touching the pad and make some squeaking noise. I watched some youtube videos to fine tune the brake myself, i got it slightly better. But still have tiny bit of squeaking sound at a specific point when spinning the wheel. I took it to a bike shop, the mechanic said it was caused by the rotor wobble a bit. May be slightly bend. Since it is not stopping the wheel spinning nor slowing the bike down. It will eventually work it out by itself. No need to spend money trying to fix it. So, deduct 1 star for disappointment. Other than that, I also find the 2 levers gear switcher is much more easier to use compare to those turning switcher in CCM or Supercycle bikes. It so easy to put into the gear that I want and change it back. I know exactly which gear I am on without looking which I was never able to do that with those CCN or SuperCycle bike. I would give 4.8 out of 5 stars if I can. And sure recommend this bike to anyone.

Multiple problems out of the box
Digest form: price point hints at a slightly-above big-box store quality bike. Looks are deceiving. Bike is pretty but falls down on function.Problem 1: disc brakes. Rotors were bent out of the box. They had to be bent back into shape. From there, adjustments were difficult as the hardware is made of soft metal that easily strips, even with a properly fitting hex key. I was able to get them to adjust and work properly with effort, but more effort than it should have required.Problem 2: front derailleur and shifting hardware. The shifting hardware is the cheapest available from MicroShift, and it shows. Even after properly adjusting the cable tension and the derailleur limits, the left side shifter wouldn't shift from small to medium. Placing the chain on medium and shifting up to big works fine. I changed the cable, adjusted the mounted height and orientation of the derailleur cage, and went through the adjustment process multiple times. (hardware here is soft metal too, and WILL strip.) For now, I have a bike that can't use a full 3rd of the gear options because it won't shift up out of the lowest position.Problem #3: front suspension. This is only an actual suspension in a technical way. In a functional way, it is far too punchy and not smooth on the recovery after a bump. In short, it absorbs but doesn't recover smoothly.Problem #4: saddle. Again, soft metal, which is problem 1. The second is overall comfort is atrocious. Unless you're 130#, this saddle is going to hurt you, and it's going to shift when you're riding, no matter how tight you adjust the hardware.Problem #5: No place to mount the front reflector, which is included, but unable to be installed.Problem #6: Flimsy petals and arms. They are thin and I fully anticipate one or both petals will not hold up over time.Problem #7: Tire rubber has a LOT of shift and give around corners at the proper inflation level. It felt soft and greasy taking corners at speed, as though the structure of the tires can't support the added pressure on that side when banked. The good: It looks good. The wheels roll true. It's light. The rear derailleur is good (the only Shimano part).Cannot recommend and definitely *not* a good value for the price. If it were $200 cheaper without disc brakes, it'd be a decent starter or casual bike.

Godd Bicycle - Cheap Flat-prone Tires
This was my second 26", 21-speed mountain bike with mag wheels. I average 55 miles per week riding my mountain bike around my neighborhood on asphalt or concrete surfaces. I typically get 2 flats per year, so about 1400 miles between flats.I received this bike on August 9. I have 4 flats on the rear tire in less than 5 weeks. I deducted one star because the tires are cheap rubber with apparently no puncture-resistant liner. I replaced the tube after a flat caused by the tiny piece of steel wire (see photo). I got another flat the next day, within 20 miles of the tube replacement. I am ordering Fincci Kevlar wire cord bead reinforced tires and going to replace both of them.I deducted a second star because the bottom bracket (where pedals and front gear pass through the frame) make a creaking or clicking sound periodically which may indicate cheap ball bearings in the bottom bracket.
