Felt comfortable while intact but after one month, back gave way with no warning. Lucky I didn't injure myself, as the wood around the inserts where the bolts are completely splintered. Bolts are still in the inserts themselves and inserts are still attached to the wood - so clearly I did not make a mistake while building it. If I had to guess, I'd say there is some kind of issue with the wood used.Unclear to me if I'm just unlucky with the one I received, but can't say I'd trust this chair after this.

The chair comes flat packed and assembly is pretty straightforward. But the headrest adjusted to its maximum height was level with my shoulders and I'm not quite six foot. I wasn't really bothered about the headrest so I removed it and the chair is otherwise comfortable. This chair is only suitable for small people or people like me who don't mind losing the headrest.

I ordered this chair based on the reviews thinking that it would be a good buy. This was to replace a more heavy duty chair that I already owned, but found it heavy and bulky to move about.Overall, I'm not happy with this chair, was unhappy with it within a a week. Unfortunately I couldn't return it, because I had to travel shortly after installing it, and returned after the return period.I wouldn't reccomend it, and i would rather spend a bit more and get a better chair. I'm actually waiting for this to fall apart so I can go and get another one.The Good:The fold up arms are really good to tuck the chair away under the desk and using for other activities like playing the guitar.LightweightI like the light color material.The Bad.The Chair is very squeaky. I had to add some WD-40 at the bottom to reduce the noise, but the noise is still there.The legs frame seems very flimsy and doesn't feel strong enough moving back and forth. (which also leads to the squeakiness).The Base of the chair (bottom cushion) isn't firm or comfortable enough for the body.The base of the chair (the mount) feels very flimsy and wobbles from side to side.If you lean back whilst trying to relax or use the neck support, you can easily fall over. (I disliked this alot, even after tightening it).The back rest doesn't feel comfortable on my back at all. The support has an adjustable plastic piece, which feels really hard and uncomfortable on the back.Despite the ergonomic shape, i still need to add a back rest to the chair to make it more comfortable, but it's still not good enough.There's no feature to adjust the tilt of the chair to make the base lean forward so your feet are a bit more comfortable on the ground.

Nice comfortable chair. Suits perfectly for my home office. Easy to assemble and price very good.
