Works great
This is our second pump. It works great and has been reliable...for years. No priming needed. Just dunk her and go. The ONLY reason we had to buy this second unit is because my dear old husband pulled by the cord and broke the product specific electronic connection. I looked everywhere for the cord connector and no go. Had to buy the whole pump. Well. The husband won't be yanking the cord anymore, I know that! Great machine.

Unexpectedly powerful & quiet
Couldn't find the exact model (USA) of sewage pump that was originally installed but this unit had similar specs so I tried it. The pump is super quite & the supplied float works as it should. So far it works perfectly and @ $200.00 I saved about $280.00 total. I will give an update if I have any problems with it.

Does the job, knock on wood
Seems better built than the Harbor Freight version that lasted me a year.

Seems to work fine. Just installed it so ...
I just installed it. It was quick and easy. Works as specified so far. Only been a few days. Update: Feb 1, 2022. Still going strong! Not a single clog since installation. Couldn't be happier!

must make sure body parts are less than 1/2"
if you try to dissolve a body and send it through, you must make sure the bones and sinews are small or they clog up the system. I had to clear knuckle bones and such out constantly. brains go through like butter though. It can also be used for plain old everyday sump work. well constructed cast iron with solid motor and float.

This pump was the best!
So we had a yucky pumping job ahead of us at a remote cabin. We tried a trash pump first with little to no success. So we decided to give this a try even tho we needed a generator. It did a great job in less than a quarter of the time the other one would have (if it even would have finished). Great pump so glad we got it. And we got a great email from the company offering any support we would have needed.

Stopped pumping after about an hour.
This pump worked very well, while it worked. After about an hour, it failed to lift water more than a foot or two. I don't know if the impeller was slipping or deforming under load, but it wouldn't pump. Overall, for the money, it's not worth it. It has a PLASTIC impeller. Will not last.I purchased this to replace an ebay (no name) pump that was lighter, same hp, and with a steel impeller. That pump lasted for two years and survived hundreds of hours of dewatering use. Run capacitor failed and is in the process of being repaired. It pumped more gph too. It was not rated for more, but you could see it at the end of the hose.

Good price; works as it should.
I had my lift pump replaced 5 years ago by a local plumber and it went out again. I didn't want to pay $800 again to get it replaced so I watched a few YouTube videos and it looked like a relatively easy thing to do myself. I looked around and this pump had good reviews and is a bit cheaper than the name brand pumps I've seen. I installed it in a few hours as I had to empty the full tank with a small bucket and took my time to do it correctly as I've not done much plumbing before. All in all I'm very happy I went this route. The pump works as it should thus far. I hope this one will last longer than the other; I was told that would last 10 years.
