These bowls are decent for the price. They're lightweight and durable, which is nice. However, I found that they're not as deep as I would have liked, and the temperature resistance could be better. While they claim to be microwave safe, they do tend to get a bit too hot for my liking. Also, the finish on the bowls is not as smooth as I expected. Overall, they're okay, but there's room for improvement.

There is nothing not to love about these unbreakable, wheat straw bowls.These are perfect for serving side dishes, for a meal-sized salad, for a big bowl of soup, noodles or cereal, or for serving chips with your favorite dip. I love the attractive colors, and these coordinate with my other wheat straw place setting items (see pic 3).We love our wheat straw plates, bowls and cups, and use them daily. They are imminently practical for eating on the patio where we don't want to bring our nice stoneware dishes and risk them being broken. These are also light-weight, so they are easy to hold when you're having a snack on the couch during movie night. Speaking of which, these would make great popcorn bowls.These are easy-care, too. They can be washed in the dishwasher on the bottom rack without melting or warping.I feel like our wheat straw collection is finally complete with the purchase of these great bowls. The size, the weight, color, and the value for the money make these the perfect addition to our wheat straw dining set.The retail price at the time of this review is $19.99 which comes to just $2.50 each. This is a great price for these very useful and attractive serving bowls that should last for years to come. My recommendation: snap these up while you can!
