Turns on automatically when motion is detected, and timing is controllable through a series of switches.

This is a very simple but nice light with 3 color temperature settings. Works great in a laundry room, closets, or a garage or any room you do not plan to occupy for expended periods and need the lights to remain on. Comes with 2 wires and no ground wire. The timer settings are 30s and 180s. Motion detection is very good and the 6000K setting looks bright and great in my laundry room. Mounting system is simple and works well, remember to use the right screws for connecting to the wall box as only one set can secure the light itself to the bracket. Also, best to use Wire Nuts and discard the included wire adapters. I like it and will get more for my closets.

I had 6 bare bulb pull string fixtures in closets that I wanted to replace. Finally got around to having someone install them yesterday. 5 out of the 6 work beautifully. You open the door and the light turns on. The light is very bright even on the 3K warm white setting so you can see everything you need to see. The timers are set at 30 sec, and they turn off more or less after that. They are perfect for updating closet lights that don't have switches. The handyman who installed them liked them so much, he's buying them for his house. The one light that doesn't work as advertised, does not turn on unless there is something right underneath it, and even then it doesn't always turn on. Lesson learned, don't wait to install them or you'll miss the return window like I did.

Replaced a motion activated light from Home Depot in a closet without a switch. This is plenty bright (standard 6' closet with a shelf and a bar below it) and, crucially doesn't turn on when the closet doors (2 folding doors with big gaps top and bottom) when I walk by. I can't stress this enough, the light only turns on when I open the doors and reach in and not when I go past. I wish there were more options for how long the light stays on, but at that point I'm splitting hairs.Install was easy, but I wish it had a ground screw and a more normal plate for junction box screws, but not a big deal.

It's a very simply designed assembly and is very easy to install. Motion detection is just right, not overly sensitive at all. It is also very bright. I would recommend it to anyone.

Installed about 3 months ago and works perfectly in a small laundry room. Motion detector turns the light on immediately upon opening the door and no problem with the light turning off while still in the room. Love the fact that you can change the color of the light (a small switch on the fixture itself) to suit your needs. Easy to install....removed an old incandescent fixture, wiring was simple. Now carrying laundry baskets without having to hit the light switch is a luxury!

The hardest part was removing the old 80's double fluorescent office light in both my utility rooms. I looked at the wattage and they used around 80watts per fixture but you had to constantly change those bit ole bulbs out...Once this light was installed it actually was brighter than both of those so the only thing for me is to remember not to keep hitting the light switch and just let the motion activation work, which works really well. No complaints and I don't care where it was made...lol its cheap and it works.

I purchase this light for a wall-in closet that has the light switch on the wrong side of the bi-fold door. I wanted a light to come on as I entered the closet and then turn off after I left. This light works great! It comes on as soon as I open the door, and then off about 30 second after I leave the closet. NOTE: I don't have to close the door, just not walk by the closet, for those of you who forget to close closet doors. I do wish the light was a little brighter, but it really is more than bright, just the old light was a two tube florescent light.

The media could not be loaded.  Facilement installé directement sur le courant sortant 110.Éclaire super bien et on peut CHOISIR la sorte du blanc FROID chez nous / ou blanc chaud ) .Détecteur très sensible donc super pratique.Nous l'avons installé dans un garde-robe d'entrée et donc lorsqu'on OUVRE la porte ca ALLUME pour éclairer nos vêtements. On n'a même pas besoin de se casser la tête : Elle s'éteint aussi TOUT SEULE ( on peut sélectionner l'éteignage après 30 secondes ou un second choix). On en rafolle telllllement qu'on en veut PARTOUT chez nous !J'ADORE +++
