The devil
Unless in the case of a horrendous allergy, stay clear. Used on a toddler to treat chickenpox and it had the same effect as (I imagine) giving a child amphetamines. Awful. Having read reviews elsewhere it appears to be like Russian roulette - some kids react well, others very badly. Not the kind of odds you want to play with.
