Assembles easily.

Not a good product! The pieces don't fit together well so the whole thing is shaky and rattly and unstable!

I like the look of this, although it rattles when you grab it. The bolts they provided, frankly, suck. The threads stop halfway up the bolt meaning you may not be able to tighten them fully as in my case. I bough lag shields and stainless steel bolts and they worked perfectly. Would not recommend.

We noticed that some of our family members and friends were having a little trouble getting up the steps into our house without a handrail for assistance. We got our two handrails…one for the front entrance and one for the back entrance. We had someone to assemble and install the handrails and we were very pleased with them. Since my aunt have a little trouble getting up and down the steps, she feels that the handrails helps her a lot in this situation. We love them very much!

Hubby installed this on the 4 stairs leading from garage into house. I’m having trouble with stairs since knee surgery so needed a railing to grab onto. Railing did not seem to be sturdy enough, and the spindles rattled when grabbing onto railing. Hubby fixed this by inserting a screw between the top curve of the railing and wall. See pictures. It is Much better now.

Very nice for the price

This product had a description that was incomplete/inadequate. The stair handrail was a good size with the length, but it did not fit our specific stairs on where it was going to need to be attached. We ordered the right size, but where the actual bottom pieces fit on the stairs made the product unsatisfactory. This was information that was not clear on the product description when we ordered. We ordered the product only because it said that we could return it if it was not damaged. It was not damaged, but in order to return it, we were required to mail it from the post office with at least a $55 shipping fee back to the company (I actually went to the post office, and this is the price they quoted). Why would we do this when this is about what we paid to purchase the product. This refund process was not clear either on the website. We do so much shopping on Amazon, and this was one of the worst experiences that we have ever had. Also, it is very frustrating not to even be able to find any way to get to Customer Service.
