Great Value and Solid Performer
These work great and come with a heat spreader as well. Upgrading an old system so I didn't need anything cutting edge fast but these are great for what they are. Getting around 3200Mbps read speeds. They look pretty good too not that that matters too much. Was detected by system straight away and have been performing perfectly. Got 2 at a great price so no complaints at all. Super easy to install. Formatted without issue. The capacity was exactly as expected.

Affordable and practical. Buy two!
Couldn’t recommend this SSD Moore. I have it in two laptops and an external dock, temps are great and haven’t run into an issue with any of my systems. All around affordable and reliable.

Slow, Cheap, Good
There’s an old rule of thumb in the software industry: if you want fast, cheap, and good, the best you’re going to do is two out of three. That’s the deal here. Like most budget SSDs, this one is PCIe 3.0 and uses QLCs. Which is fine if that’ll work for you. It’s slower than some other SSDs, and will bog down over time. But the slowest SSD is still an SSD, so you still get the inherent advantages of an SSD over a spinning disk.That’s the “slow” part. “Cheap” is self-evident … this sells at an attractive price point. And as for “good,” I’ve bought a few of these Orico drives and they’re well made and nicely packaged. Orico makes sure to include the screw for the drive, a heat sink, and even a little screwdriver. IMO this drive isn’t a bad deal if you’re not looking for top performance.

Decent, accurately described SSD!
Great additional 1tb drive for my mini ITX PC. Not using the heatsink since it wouldn't fit with the cutout on the backside of the Gigabyte b550i motherboard's second m.2 slot, but temps have still been fine anyways. I picked this up on sale around Black Friday for less than $40USD. Speeds are as advertised, games are running perfectly fine on it! I didn't need it to do any heavy lifting, just an additional game drive, so it works very well for that purpose.

Needs the included heatsink (66C -> 49C)
First day ownership. 1st installed w/o the heatsink and ran a Crystaldiskmark 512mb (2 cycle) test. Temp in crystaldiskinfo immediately shot up to 66C. Per the box, 70C is the top of the operating temperature range. It may have gotten higher during the test (I didn't realize CDinfo had a refresh timer on the temp). I then shut down and installed the included heatsink. This was pretty easy if you have steady hands to place the thermal pads and then pinch the assembly together with the SSD in the middle. Positioning is important (don't have the heatsink too far one way or it will block the screw on one side or M.2 pins on the other), luckily you can re-position things and it doesn't damage the thermal pads. Then, I re-ran Crystaldiskmark and temps went to 46C initially and I refreshed CDinfo often and saw a peak temp of only 49C during the whole test. Much better! Performance was slightly up, too. Went from 2900 read to 3100 with heatsink. Write performance was 1900.So far, I'm pleased. Will be a secondary game drive.One head scratcher... It started with zero GB written. I ran the 2 Crystaldiskmark 512mb tests (2 cycle selected) before and after installing the heatsink and total writes is already (somehow) at 154GB which seems inflated. This is not my OS drive.. I had done nothing else with the drive but those two tests. I'll continue to monitor this as I read and write to the drive. Maybe this is normal for Crystaldiskmark testing?

SLOW AS A SATA SSD! 380 MBPS
It works but very slow, acts like a old SATA ssd using a USB C connection with an m2 mac should be faster than 380mbps but thats it! I will pay $10 more and get a 5000mbps drive next time! I hope it is at least dependable we will see
