I like the look and build quality. It is easy to build and looks like the photos. The packaging was impressive too. Everything fits well together but some parts are just a hair off. Don’t tighten the screws too much or you may damage the part. I was skeptical of the comfortability because of the material but it is very comfy and satisfying to sit in! I love reading in it and winding down my day. Very good chair.

I chose this chair because it has a seat depth that was not too long. I chose the faux linen for comfort.When received it I was disappointed by the greenish-brown color of the paint on the wood. However, that only stands out in certain lighting conditions. Assembly is simple but a bit challenging using the hex wrench provided. The seat cushioning is ample but the springs are firmer than I would like. Overall the chair transformed my living room nicely (see pic) and I am satisfied with my purchase. I am considering buying more to replace Lazy-boy recliners in my family room.

I’m very pleased with this chair. It’s attractive, sturdy, and complements my aesthetic.Tip: read the instructions all the way through before you start assembling - it is important that you have the correct pieces facing the correct way and don’t completely tighten anything until it is assembled!

Chair was very easy to assemble and it looks great. It slick and perfect for my room and it feels very solid.

I LOVE this chair! It looks fantastic, it’s generously sized, and very comfortable. I will definitely purchase more, my son is still in the process of furnishing his house and this is a good budget piece that looks expensive. Last, it’s very sturdy, no little wobbles or creaks.

I ended up getting this chair from their used collection and couldn’t be more impressed! It had clearly never even been opened and was like new! The seller was fantastic to work with. I didn’t love the color when I first opened it (as some others have mentioned) however, once it was fully assembled, it looks amazing and couldn’t have fit better with my wood floors. The chair is solid and extremely comfortable! I highly recommended this company and this chair and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to take advantage of the huge discount for a “used” model.

Here was my experience. Honest and true. Hope this helps when you select. The chair is nice and seems sturdy, but the first 2 chairs I received were both damaged and 1 had the holes in wrong place so it couldn’t even be assembled. They sent me another chair which was also damaged and a totally different color. They then sent me another chair which was also damaged. They responded, but the process was a nightmare having to unpack, then repack and ship back. It took a month and at the end of the day it took a lot of time to receive my 2 damaged chairs that matched and could be assembled. The best was I asked about compensation for keeping damaged chairs and they didn’t think they should offer anything. They would rather pay to have me send back damaged chairs and resell to the next customer at full price. They finally offered 3% which was kind of insulting for $800 chairs. After a lot of back and fourth and me finally just not wanting to deal with they offered 5% ($30) to keep damaged chairs. Hope you have a better experience. They did assure me that they would take my concerns seriously and make sure the packaging would be improved in the future. Whatever that is worth.
