Perfect for my needs.
I use Guar Gum for thickening cold sauces like salad dressings and modifying cold oily things like nut butters that tend to separate. I'm sure there are many other uses but I'm in in the exploratory stage right now. As a cautionary note; this stuff is powerful (tho tasteless & odorless) discretion is advised or you may end up with a undesirable lump. It takes time to thicken so don't expect instant results, give it time. I would recommend Guar Gum to some one who has done research or already know how to use it.
