Tool works great, flare comes perfect every time.
It’s a great tool, a little hard to use in confined spaces though, but other than that I’m very happy with it.

Excellent tool, makes beautiful flares.
Makes beautiful flares. The clamps fit sae tubing perfectly, haven't tried the metric sizes. It doesn't come with a stickout gauge like some so I 3D printed one with varing stickout distances so I can use the one that give a flare that is in spec for the size and application, overall probably a better solution than the one size fits all gauge that some use. I used it to install a mini-split and it worked prefectly. I would suggest making a few practise flares and checking the OD then you're pretty much gaurenteed a perfect result. Put a little nylog or compatible oil on the cone and you'll get beautiful almost mirror finish flares.
