Quite crazy to expect a phone case to protect the phone except the only areas that were not damaged were the areas where it was exposed without the case. Essentially the phone was dropped accidentally about 4-5 feet from the ground and somehow the case provided zero to no protection to the phone as the back glass was completely cracked at every angle possible. More or less, with or without the case, the damage would've been identical. Case was flawless after the drop might I add but the phone itself was completely destroyed. I'm not much of a drop test kind of person and honestly, never was one to really drop phones frequently to warrant a heavy duty case; however, when I drop occasionally drop my phone, albeit rarely, I expect it to protect the phone and not the other way around. Now I need to warrant myself a trip to the Apple Store to see what I can do about this. ZERO out of five if I can! Move onto a rubber or silicone case unless you're only looking for this phone case to act as a stand when watching videos. In regards to protection, look else where.

Everything about this case was simply awesome: - looks clean - protects well - feels good in the hand …but after a couple months of normal use, the magnetic ring/stand broke, making the stand unusable and the magsafe feature for vehicle mounting unsafe. I absolutely LOVE Anker products (I have sooo many items I’ve bought or received as gifts after dropping “wink-wink, nudge-nudge” hits to friends and family, and will continue to do so. However, I can’t recommend this product with the “spinable” magsafe compatible ring/stand because the hinge might be too weak for routine use. I take care of my things and take pride in examining and using things for their intended use case, so I was surprised when it broke while closing the stand to place it on my car mount. Don’t know if I got a defective unit, but two months seem way to soon for the hinge to fail as it did. UPDATE! Let me just say that Anker’s customer service is absolutely amazing. I did not expect anyone contacting me back regarding the issue I had, and not only did they do so, they wanted to make it right by sending a replacement and allowing me a few months before I updated the feedback I had written, if I wanted to do so (absolutely no pressure was put on me to do so). Well, that time came and went and even though the case did withstood more than the first one, the same issue happened again: the hinge broke the exact same way the first one did. I really like the design, feel and features of this case, but that hinge design is just not it. I think that they have since changed the design of the case and introduced a V.2 version of it that I wouldn’t mind checking out, but the only flaw I could find with the case made it un unusable for me, as the whole metal/mag safe ring falls off. Good concept, not the best execution…but knowing Anker and their products, I’m sure they’ll get it right.

The case is almost perfect. Looks good with a somewhat translucent black look. The buttons are all perfectly aligned and have a nice feel. The ring on the back is a great stand. In 1 day of use I couldn't find the correct hand, phone, ring alignment for my big hands to feel right, but that's on me. Seems like everything would be durable and protect the phone. I am returning it for one reason though. It doesn't charge with my magsafe charger I already own. It's a good case but not good enough to take the case on and off or to replace my charger. This is the sole reason I knocked off 2 stars as well.

I purchased on 7/16 I’ve used the case for about 4 weeks before the stand ring broke off, Anker reached out to me after seeing my initial review of which said I was happy with the case but the stand broke and might be fragile. They offered me a full refund since I was outside of my return period on Amazon and I wasnt 100% satisfied. I wrote back that I would like either a Replacement or a Refund would be appreciated. After confirming my shipping address the next day a replacement arrived. This replacement the ring is a little less stiff to open than the first one and seems very solid. I have used Anker products for years, mostly their cables and battery packs and have never had a problem. Its nice to see that they stand behind their products, they are proactive, they followup and make sure that you are happy, and never once did they ask me to edit my review or anything like that.

I loved this case for the first year and 4 months. The ringstand was smartly designed to rotate 360° so you could stand phone in any direction. It worked well as a pop-socket too. The magnet was strong for use with a portable charger. Then one day the ringstand suddenly and unexpectedly detached from the case. I was very disappointed, because I really enjoyed using it. The functionality is great, but the ringstand definitely needs some tweaking. I’ve read other reviews and many of them have the same complaint. I’m now writing to Anker and hopefully will receive a replacement free of charge from them. In that case, I will revise my review to 5 stars for reliability.

Hands down the best case that I have ever had. It's so good that I regret changing my phone since it seems like Anker never made this product again. I tried other companies that has the same 360 ring but it isnt as satisfying or created as good as this one was. Anker, please make more of this for all types of phone. 360 kickstand was perfect, magsafe compatibility was perfect and it matches the natural titanium color that I had.

Ich habe ein Iphone 14 Pro und kam bei einigen Apps nicht an jede Ecke des Handys um Funktionen auszuführen. Durch den Ring auf der Rückseite geht da jetzt problemlos. Auch das Aufstellen für Videocalls oder zum schauen von Videos ist perfekt. Sehr stabil und wertig !!

Solid case but the ring pull only Lasted about 4 months

Die Hülle ist so was von befriedigend. Der Drehmechanismus ist absolut klasse. Ich habe mir noch eine bestellt. Achtung: nicht besonders viel Grip. Doch eher rutschig.
