Really helps recovery or injury, is large enough for somebody with huge thighs and super comfortable enough to fall asleep while it's on.

I used this to support a moderate hamstring tear, not disabling but sore. The strap is wide and the velcro grips very well. It took a few goes to work out how best to put it on as it is rectangular rather than trapezium-shaped and most thighs are thicker at the top than at the knee (so it may have been better to have made it to form a cone shape). However, with a bit of practice it is easy enough to get it to fit tightly around the whole thigh without creasing. Well made and I'm sure it will last a long time.

This product is supposed to one size fits all. It kept falling down my leg no matter how securely I fastened it. This product proved to be utterly useless.

Works great just wants to slip down

It does slip towards the knee often when moving, but if you sit or lie down it stays in place. Basically it is designed to wrap around a cylinder, but a thigh is not a cylinder, but rather narrower near the knee.When it does stay in place it is very effective at pain relief.I would also like direction as to how many hours it should be worn.
