It does what it says
I first was introduced to this by the chiropodist as I have very dry skin and my feet were itchy and sore with cracks in my heels. It is like a miracle cream, honestly my feet healed in no time. I made the mistake of ordering what I thought was the same cream from another supplier but it only had 10% urea so I was delighted when I found this. I have already ordered another two tubes for my dad who is experiencing the same problem. Anyone with dried cracked feet don’t bother using anything else, this is the cream for the job. It is amazing!!

An improvement after 4 days
I’ve been using this at night for 4 days now and I can already see an improvement. It’s not too greasy but is nice and thick so you don’t have to use too much. The only reason I’ve given it four stars is because I think it could smell nicer!
