This really really worked well for me during pregnancy because I was so sore! It really massages you well and stretches every part of you. You can set it to just do your hips, neck, back, or full body. It does make some noise but isn’t overly loud. I’m 5’7” and 280lbs and I fit fine in this as well as my husband. Well worth the cost for me when I was 9 months pregnant 😂

I wasn't sure what to expect from this stretching massager, but after using it several times, I definitely see the appeal for anyone needing some pretty intense therapy for tight pelvis, back or neck. I am tall and thin (6'4", 195 lbs), and have to consciously work on my own posture. My neck, in particular, gets very tight and if I don't work it regularly I notice limited range of motion turning side to side. For that reason, as well as the occasional lower back pain I get, especially from certain beds, I was anxious to try this out.First thing's first, I want to emphasize that this is not a device that is particular relaxing (at least while you are using it). It is much more of a stretcher than a massager, and it uses some percussive massaging in COMBINATION with the stretching. It does not feel bad, per se, but if you're tight, it is going to make you feel it. I can't say it hurts (unless you're a dummy like I was the first time I tried it and I used it upside down...don't do that unless you want a crushed head), but it is also not anything where you're going to be able to doze off while using.Even with my height, the settings for the various areas of focus are pretty much dead-on. This works by inflating and deflating a serious of air bags throughout the unit, and they can be surprisingly effective. The construction on this seems to be built to last, which is good, because some of those air bags get super full.Results will of course vary by person, but I found the neck and pelvis stretching to be incredibly effective in helping to point out my problem areas. As far as the levels of intensity, start out at one and go from there. For now, I don't need anything beyond 2, but I'm hoping that with a little work I will be able to ratchet it up.As far as the "massage" part goes, it is absolutely secondary to the stretching. If you want a massage unit and don't care about stretching, get something else.In addition to the excellent build quality, I appreciate how nicely this folds up for storage. It takes no time at all to unfold and start using it. Nothing you need to take apart or put back together.I will update as I continue to use this, but first impressions are very good. I am far more impressed by this than I am by most novelty-style home massagers.

I have frequent back pain from my work. I ordered this device to help ease that pain while laying in a comfortable position. This thing works wonders!The stretcher/massager comes with a remote to make changes the settings easy. I love the timer functionality so I can turn it on and then relax myself into a nap once it is completed. It has a mix of massage and stretch modes. The devices will move your body around to due its job and help you to stretch. The the motions are controlled and comfortable. You can adjust the intensive level as well to meet your needs. I recommend adding the heat feature as it makes the whole experience feel amazing! It works well for my lower back pain.This device seems well made and built to last. It folds up easily and can be stored right under you bed. I put it in a plastic bin so I can easily pull it out and store it quickly.Overall, this is an amazing stretcher/massager that will make your back feel amazing!

This is so relaxing! I just melt into the floor and let the pad do its stretching. This isn’t so much massage to me- more like body work where someone cradles my head and gently turns it for a nice stretch.The inflating/deflating sections for hips/pelvis, upper back, shoulders, and neck are smooth and gentle. The neck section is adjustable making it work for me at 5’ 4” as well as for taller friends.I had to wiggle around a bit at first to find the right placement for my body, otherwise the hip and neck sections were a bit tight. Now that I found the right placement, I can just lay back and go with it effortlessly.It’s really easy to fold up and tuck away or travel with. The control has tactile buttons that allow you to control four different programs, heat, targeted areas, and intensity.

My review for this product is limited as it doesn't work. My package did not come with a power cord to plug it in, so unfortunately, I cannot attest to how this product works. The product seems well made, and the fabric is thick.

Omg I have tried all sorts but this is by far the best and strongest massage ever. So comfortable my back clicked a few times going to be perfect for after work be saving money now I have this! Highly recommended well worth the price!

This mat performs so much better than I expected.It’s quite a bit larger and heavier than anticipated but this makes it feel reassuringly good quality. It folds up and has secure Velcro fastenings and handles so you can move it around your home. I’d stop short of calling it ‘portable’; you could certainly transport it around in a car but it doesn’t fold up small and light to carry around with you regularly.The inflating head section moves up and down the top of the mat so it’s adjustable for a range of user heights - I’m 5’3” and had no issues with the size or position of the sections. It would be handy if this did have a Velcro fastening or similar to secure it to the mat as I did find it moved around during use and had to be readjusted every so often.There are a range of programmes depending on your mood or reason for use. You can choose to either focus on neck/shoulders, mid back or lower back and pelvis, or one of 4 programmes for relaxation, stretching, ‘dynamic’ or ‘twisting’ (the last was my favourite). You can choose to have heat on or off, set the intensity for each of these programmes and opt for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Each one is very varied and I found they didn’t repeat movements. The movements are a range of stretches and also more focused pressure so you feel like you’re both being manipulated and getting a bit of a massage.I really, really like this mat. I initially found the area around the lower back/waist too painful even on the lowest intensity setting but this is getting better with use so it’s clearly doing some good. I was pretty sore for the rest of the afternoon after the first use but felt great the next morning. It’s good for a relaxing stretch after work or cool down after exercise.

This is a really nice thing, quite expensive, but when you look at it you can see why - it is really well made with good functions, and easy to use.Simple instructions are provided.The massager is not particularly heavy and packs up neatly for storage.A good number of us in the family have tried it, from those of us with strains to those of us in marathon training. Consensus was that maybe manual stretching would have worked equivalently but this device made it all easier, particularly with the timer and variable force settings.I think this could be really useful for people with limited mobility that might find stretching by themselves difficult.At approx £250 or so this is not something you will buy on a whim but I think it is a fair price.well madevery nice finishingremote control with a range of featurescompact when not in use

I was a little nervous of using this machine at first, so when I rolled it out, I had the remote in my hand the whole time I was on it ready to turn it off! I went with intensity level 1 first, then built up.I would suggest positioning your neck properly before you turn on the machine and just practice lining your self up with it switched off. It inflates and moves you around, so making sure you fit correctly is important, especially if you’re frailer or elderly. If you feel it is too much, then you can press the off button and it instantly deflates, so you can use it without worrying.I love the stretch mode and have done it for the past couple of days after my main exercise. I also recommend the relax one, too. The heat setting is barely noticeable, imo, and isn’t as effective as it could be, but if you need a good stretch, then you’ll be happy with it. It has really helped my lower back pain after only a couple of days. Overall, more stretch than massage, but I am going to be using this daily. Recommended.
