Great machine and make a great expresso based drink
I have now owned this machine for a few months and it is making 4 to 5 drinks a day with my family. I did recalibrate my grinder to 15 grams for a double shot which was very easy. The manual is its biggest down fall m, after a while my descaling light was flashing and wanting me to run a descaling cycle. Referring to the manual on how descale this unit I found an error. The manual shows push and hold the power and single shot till it enter descaling mode. WRONG!!! It is POWER AND DOUBLE SHOT BUTTON HOLD untill they flash. For the money this unit is far better then expected and comparable to the much more expensive machines and nit lacking any features. I was able to order a 58mm 3 tab bottomless portafilter with ground screen to use a regular coffee cup. I do have the small expresso cups but not everyone does so just know you will not fit a regular cup under the double shot head. I do love this as it is easy to use easy to clean looks great and so far has held up under all my coffee drinkers , great price for a 15 bar expresso machine with the features of higher priced machines, I did take the 3 year warranty extension just as a precaution. Conclusion:: if you are looking for a good expresso machine that does it all this is for you!!!! Buy one and see for yourself best part no more high priced Starbucks.

Very Pleased so far, a great machine for the price
The Machine was packaged well and arrived on time. The quality of the machine seems very good for the cost. After initial set up and cleaning of the machine, I have used it to make quite a bit of Expresso and I am pleased with the results. I am able to achieve good pressure with fine grounds and a good tamping. Lacks a little Crema versus the Delonghi super automatic machine I have used in the past with the same beans but hopefully I can figure that out. So far, I would highly recommend this machine if you were looking for a quality machine at an affordable cost with a built-in grinder.

Comparable to my Breville Express
Purchased for my daughter. I have a Breville but didn’t want to spend that much so ended up trying this one out. Seems comparable and hundreds cheaper. The tamper is really nice and heavy and sits up top in designated spot vs. under like on my Breville, which my daughter says she likes better. I am always skeptical to try brands I don’t know, but it looks nice and if it holds up it will be a great option to save some $$.

So far really happy!
This is the most expensive espresso machine I have purchased so far and it is worth every penny. The coffee grinder container came broken out of the box but the service people were very quick to send a replacement. Couple of small annoyances are the grinder doses a bit too much ground and the steamer is not exactly the most powerful. But the fresh espresso every time beats any other home brew method and for the price, this machine is great. It’s been a couple of months, so let’s see how long this lasts.

Poor Extraction & Weak Frothing Wand
We have had a basic De'Longhi for a a few years. I decided to upgrade, and this was in my price range. My $125 De'Longhi produced a significantly better crema, and the frothing wand was much stronger. I looked through the manual, and I adjusted the grind settings, used ground espresso from my De'Longhi, changed filters, and tamped harder and softer. The espresso produced was always poor. I would buy an espresso machine from a known company such as Breville or De'Longhi. I definitely do not recommend this machine. At least the grinder was good.

Good customer service.
I contacted Joy Pebble/Rowan Electric customer service after not being able to find the cleaning tools. They were very friendly and helpful, and were willing to send replacements if I wasn't able to find the tools. The cleaning tools were behind the drip tray. The espresso machine is very nice too.
