SUPER USEFUL, easy to use and price is right!
I had another borescope / endoscope that I bought a few years ago. The problem with the old one was that I had to charge it and keep it charged in order to use it. And the battery would die very quickly. This new device of mine takes its power from your cellphone's USB. Thus, it's good to go ALL THE TIME and has been super reliable to date. I primarily bought this device as a tool in order for me to see areas that are hard to see in my car. I used it to look at the cylinder walls and to check the valves for carbon build up. WOW, I love this thing! My old one only had one camera at the tip. I thought that was ok until I used this new one that has a camera at the tip AND along the sides as well. So if I'm looking inside a cylinder, the tip camera can see the top of the cylinder and the side camera can look at the cylinder wall! If you're a mechanic, you know how useful this would be. The picture is sharp enough and the built-in light dimmer is super handy. The tip attachments are very useful as well. One of them is a magnet catcher. So in the event that I drop a screw where I'm not supposed to, this would help tremendously to retrieve it!So what else do I use it for? Since the cable is pretty long, we have also used it to access dryer vents and all the other house AC vents. We wanted to see what kind of dust build-up there was. You don't want to know. Also, this is very handy to see what's behind kitchen appliances. The cable is stiff enough so that you can bend it to the angle that you want and snake it through very small areas. These devices were hundreds of dollars before and now the price point makes the technology available to everyone. The other feature that I like as well is the ability to "flip" the image. When you insert the camera into a hole, obviously it will show you a certain direction. With my old one, I would have to flip my phone to better visualize what I'm looking at. In this case, I just press a button to flip the image 180 degrees. Again, very useful.

Great idea!
This is a cool little camera. Definitely a must-have for any mechanic, plumber, or tradesman. I'm a mechanic and my last snake camera had a short reach, it took up a bunch of space, you always had to charge it or plug it in, and the screen was grainy & eventually broke. You won't have any of those problems with this endoscope camera. It has a long reach, it takes up very little space, and your phone runs everything. The picture is clear on both camera views and the LED lights are bright enough to illuminate the entire view from either camera angle. The attachments are a big plus as well. The magnet is strong and the hook is tiny enough to grab anything. The endoscope wire also holds its shape very well. The app is free, very easy to use, and it has a bunch of features. You can take pictures and videos, switch between color and black-and-white views, you can rotate the camera in 90-degree intervals to get a good look at any angle, there is a zoom feature that offers 3 zoom distances, and there is an album section that lets you see every picture or video you take on the camera. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and overall I would recommend this product to anyone. It's a cool toy and an even cooler tool! Guys at work were instantly jealous!

More of a hobbyist tool than professional tool
It uses a lighting adapter to connect to the iPhone. That adapter and connection can be easily disrupted, especially if using a case on your phone. However, the picture is clear and well lit. You need to get used to the actual orientation but once you figure it out it helps see behind walls and other small crevices. The app is simple but also does its job. I haven't used it for more than a couple of feet, so can't tell how easy or difficult it is to use while fully extended.

Excellent camera and picture quality!
Straight out of the box I was able to install the app easily to use for this camera. The lighting is adjustable and it switches easily between the front and side camera. The attachments all work well, one being a magnet One being a mirror for a side view and another being a hook to retrieve items you've dropped. I would definitely recommend this product I was pleasantly surprised at the durability, build quality and ease of use. The pictures of my hand the wall and the cup we're taking with the front camera, picture of the instructions was taken with the side camera. 100% definitely recommend this product.

Endoscope Camera with Light: Mixed Results, Missing Features
The Endoscope Camera with Light offers a glimpse into the world of hidden spaces and hard-to-reach places, but its performance leaves something to be desired. While the built-in camera and illumination provide a clear view, the accompanying app falls short in usability and functionality. One of the primary issues I encountered was the app's tendency to freeze or become unresponsive, hindering the overall user experience. It's frustrating to have a reliable hardware component paired with software that doesn't quite measure up.Additionally, the lack of clear instructions on how to enable the second lens is a significant drawback. Despite the presence of dual lenses, navigating the app to utilize both effectively proved to be a challenge. It's disappointing that such a potentially valuable feature is left underutilized due to inadequate guidance. On the positive side, when the app does cooperate, the camera's performance is commendable. The built-in light provides sufficient illumination, allowing for clear visibility in dark or cramped spaces. The flexible cable and compact design make it easy to maneuver the endoscope into tight spots for inspection. In conclusion, while the Endoscope Camera with Light has its merits, it falls short of expectations due to issues with the accompanying app and the lack of clarity regarding the second lens functionality. With some improvements to the software and better guidance for users, this product could reach its full potential. Three stars for the promising hardware and room for growth in functionality.
