The media could not be loaded. A bit smaller that I thought. However, it is very nice and was pleasantly surprised with the smoke that flowed down. Easy to clean. Make great gift.

My first down flow burner, and it Is so beautiful....well worth the price.....

I love it, it works really well. The smell of incense cones are strong but they are not very nice they smell of stale cigarette ash, I know that only to well being an ex-smoker. Other than that it is the right size as described so great value and it looks great, I will be getting more incense cones from somewhere else and a different brand to see if I get a different scent, one that I like.

Looks lovely got it for my grandsons birthday sure he’ll love it

It burner itself is lovely. I really like it. It was packaged really well and looks good. But I’ve lit 2 back burner cones on it and both times there was a charred smell. I think it’s the glazing on the part where the cone sits, as it’s getting hotter it’s emitting the smell. The cones don’t sit flat over the hole causing the smoke to go up rather then down.
