Furbo Mini Pet Camera [Paid Plan Required to Activate]

Not only does it allow me to keep an eye on my dog, but it’s also a great security system for my apartment. It keeps up with what my dog is doing and sends notifications if he’s being nefarious, or being a good boy. It also sends notifications if it spots a person, or if it hears an alarm going off. The image quality is great, the night vision especially! The sound is good quality as well. My lil dude is going def with his old age so I’m not sure how well the microphone function works but I’m sure that’s good as well. Very easy to set up and the app is easy to use as well. Cannot recommend enough. I would probably buy one even if I didn’t have a dog, simply for the fact that it detects people and records when an event occurs.

This mini pet camera system has been a complete game changer for us. Our adopted puppy, Hannah Mae was very anxious about being left at home alone... we tried leaving her in a crate (for her safety and our home & furnishing's protection) but those trials ended in disasters. She destroyed 2 crates and an entire room one time. Apparently it wasn't the fact that we were leaving her at home alone but the fact that we were confining her. I'm not claiming that this method would work for every pet but it sure worked for her. Furbo allowed us to leave for short periods of time to see how she'd manage. We allowed Hannah access to the living room, the kitchen and her food area. She consistently stays home and takes care of the house. Furbo follows her movement and provides a clear view to her activities. It provides a notification to our phones when she's active and has an interactive chat function to improve the functionality. We are SO pleased with the system. It is relatively inexpensive (I think about $10 a month for the subscription? Don't quote me! + initial purchase of the system) and easy to set up and use! I also like the fact that it monitors our home (for potential intruders or safety concerns) when no one is in the home!

Update 2 months later: Do not buy this. This company is scum. This is a cheap camera. Because of that I dealt with the cheap top, the software that doesn't do a great job at letting you automate when it is on/off, but when I pay for a sub only to get ads which cover the use options? So that I'm forced to view this garbage to use the app even though I paid for a year sub in advance? Well your company is garbage and you are scummy people. ------------------------------ I'm not sure what to think. The camera seems pretty good. I put my pets into it and it doesn't seem to know the difference and just goes with a name even if not the correct pet. I wouldn't say it's very smart based on that. The "wooden" top just falls off. What is the point in that? Maybe I received a refurbished one, but I don't see the point in it or why I would want to mount it on a wall in case that falls off. The positives are there is a 30 day trial of the subscription and you don't have to give your credit card info - so your sub will just end if you don't pay. It does have options so you can turn on or off human detection and other modes of detection like when you cat goes to the litter box. Many of these are sound detection and not vision I think. When you pet walks around while the camera is on it will zoom in on them if you are watching live. I did not notice it doing this on playback so far. It does require some training and will ask to verify what your pet was doing or add it if not an option. The video can be adjusted up to 1080P or lower quality if desired. And last, this will only work with the USB hub style of plug provided. I have a wall plug-in that accommodates USB-C to USB-C cables. It would not come on with this even though it charges and powers my tablets and multiple other devices. I had to find a USB-A plug to put the accompanying cable into for it to power on.

The best thing I could’ve invested in! We have two. One for the living room and one for their room. Easy to use and set up. Motion detection picks up everything. Video quality is amazing. Connecting to WiFi was easy. And pretty durable but I also have them in high places for the pups can’t get to it

I really love this Furbo Mini camera! It was easy to set up and gives me a clear view of my pet when I’m not home. I can also talk to my pet through the camera, which is a great feature. The picture quality is good, even in low light, and it lets me check in anytime from my phone for peace of mind. There is about a 2-second delay when speaking through it, but it’s still very useful and works well overall. Definitely a great option for pet owners who want to stay connected to their furry friend. Great motion detection sensor as well. I paid about 70 for a year subscription.

This pet camera was recommended by another dog mom who said it gave her peace of mind because she could spy on her dog and know if she was behaving. It was reasonably priced, so I decided to give it a go. It works great! The video quality is fantastic; I can clearly see what my new puppy is up to and talk to her if needed. There really was no setup, just download the app and plug in the camera. Would highly recommend!

I bought this mini camera to go along with the main camera. I absolutely LOVE that you can unscrew the stand and put it on the back for wall attachment. I really wanted to mount it to my wall and was worried I'd have to drill but I was so relieved when I realized I could move the stand to the back and that there was adhesive on the stand. The adhesive is strong and has been holding up nicely since I hung the camera. I do get notifications right when my dog begins to move, although at times, I will receive notifications that my dog is "playing" and all she's doing is adjusting her sleeping position. The video is ok quality, but not really the best. Also, the video does lag a little bit, including the live footage. I love that it offers night vision because I keep my blinds closed most of the time. I think this product is a good value for the money. With the exception of a few minor things, it's a great product!

We love our Furbo! It automatically zooms on our cat and follows her if she walks across the room. We can see her in the dark at night or during the day. I enjoy how with the subscription it alerts you if they make noises, move, or if it even spots a person. I like how it takes little recordings to look back on!
