I'd noticed during the first half of this year that my legs were not recovering as well between workouts and over the last couple of months were cramping and even giving me waves of pain whilst kicking back watching Netflix. On Googling muscle cramps, the overwhelming answer was a magnesium deficiency so after watching Thomas DeLauer's video on YouTube about the different types of Magnesium and their effects, I decided this blend was for me.I'm usually hesitant about proclaiming a pill has solved my problems and I wouldn't want to influence another person to buy these on my recommendation because we're all different but I have to speak as I find and say that in the past two weeks that I've been taking them, the pains have 99% disappeared. My legs seem fine the morning after a workout and the pain I was getting in my calves and shins whilst at rest have all but gone. In fact, I thought twice about posting this review in case I jinxed it.On top of this, these pills have had some beneficial side effects I didn't count on. I nod off to sleep very easily at night and sleep more deeply, feeling more awake in the morning. Also I'm as regular as clockwork, if you get my drift.So on the whole, an excellent purchase. Will buy again.

I had used these for a couple of months and I believe I was getting some promising results. My hip/leg pain and stiffness was less severe and some days I almost felt that I was back in my 20's. But then I ran out of them and they were out of stock, I bought another brand and things have been getting worse again for me. Even though these supplements say the dosage is less than the other brand Im now using, I am not convinced the current brand is giving genuine quantities.

These were great - the mix of magnesium types has all bases covered - differet types of mag treat different types of conditions. If upon researching you realise you have more than one issue that requires different mag types then this product is a great solution. I think this helped me to sleep and I haven't had as many migraines. Anxiety levels are definitely lower, too. Great product.

Does what it says.. helps with mood

This is a great product! Glycinate, Taurate, Malate are different types of magnesium, some of the benefits:Glycinate - have a calming effect in general.Taurate - help maintain normal cardiovascular, muscle, nerve, bone, and cellular function.Malate - is energizing and great for an active lifestyle.It's gentle on the GI tract. I highly recommend.

Compared to Magnesium powder, I feel this product has not been so beneficial. The powder seems to absorb much better and my aches and pains lessen. With the use of these capsules, not had similar or same reaction.

My sister bought this as she suffers from anxiety and heart palpitations. She has 7500 extra heartbeats per day. She bought these and said that they have dramatically helped with the heart palpitations. She takes one in the morning, two in the evening and makes up the rest of recommended daily requirement. Reasonably priced in comparison to others on the market.She advises never to take magnesium on an empty stomach as this can have a laxative affect on the body.

This blend works for me and I have been taking it for more than 6 months now. I have also taken other products of this kind, but this one seems to be really good! I usually take one daily with my meals, but on days when I work harder, I would take two.Helps with gut motility, sleep, muscle fatigue and tiredness. Highly recommend.

This is superior magnesium that causes no stomach issues like every other magnesium that I've tried. Also the capsules are not terribly big which makes it easy to swallow. The formula is very effective and I can feel a difference when I take them - I am calmer and digestion works well.
