Just poorly done
First off, the phone's operating system is like 20+ years in the past. More importantly, the software doesn't match the available buttons - which means you just can't access some tools.I so liked the idea of a simple phone for just calls to replace my land line - so my handicapped adult son had access to a phone for emergencies or to check in on him when traveling. But it's too much of a hassle to work with. I'm buying a different phone.

A bit of a hassle getting it to work
The Speedtalk sim included with the phone has good pricing plans but refused to consistently connect with other phones in the vicinity. I had to call tech support and go thru a lot of manual hoops to get it connected and after trying all their workarounds I did get it to connect to my cell and home phone one time. It took several minutes to make the connection and then the phones would ring. So using this in an emergency is useless. I canceled the Speedtalk plan I had chosen after trying the phone the next day and it not connecting at all again. I eventually went to T-mobile and got a sim to replace the one from my wife's lost phone (which is why I wanted to try this cheap phone in the first place) and the phone worked like it should, connecting quickly and getting good signal strength. So now she has a decent phone that she can use when she is out and I won't worry about her being able to call quickly and not have to wait for the Speedtalk sim to find a network to connect to and then eventually connecting with a phone. Was not impressed with that service. Also the web address for the phone manufacturer is not active and the only way to get support for the phone itself is via email with a guy in Hong Kong. Not re-assuring.

Seniors Mobile Phone
I recently purchased a mobile phone designed specifically for older adults, and I must say I am very impressed with its features. The phone has large buttons and a bright, easy-to-read display, which makes it much simpler for me to use. The volume is loud and clear, and the battery life is excellent, which is important for someone like me who may forget to charge it frequently. Additionally, the phone has an emergency button feature that provides peace of mind.
