The make up brush organizer is made from sturdy plastic that feels as though it will be durable and not break easily. The plastic has a polished finish, but is not glossy, and is vertically fluted. Four small gold coloured feet contribute to giving a nice look.The feet are rounded on the base and shouldn't cause any marking or scratching on the surface they are placed on. They could possibly be improved by the addition of a rubber covering, or other non-slip effect, but that's probably a bit of a nit pic.The main body swivels through 360 degrees and I must say I was impressed with how freely the bearing mechanism allowed it to rotate. No stiffness or juddering, just a very smooth, free rotation. It's good to be able to have instant access to all the compartments, and their contents, instantly and without having to disturb other items in the organiser.There are four compartments which have plenty of room for make brushes, liner pens etc. and the central compartment is of a larger height, good for longer brushes etc. Overall the unit is very light and is easy to move from room to room as required.All in all a useful organiser that doesn't look out of place on the vanity unit or in the bathroom and provides a good degree of convenience. I can also see it's usefulness for contents other than make up brushes etc. such as short handled paint brushes, pens, pencils or markers or office supplies.

I love the fact that it revolves around, however there isnt much space in each section, so you cant fit too much in there unfortunately.
