Still my favourite diary that fits either in a pocket or in my backpack briefcasePlanning in advance has never been my favourite pastime, but this diary makes it possible. I triy to buy a new one every six months because to stay in integrity with my planning. I do need a year in advance in the diary and after six months in my pocket it's sufficiently beat up to warrant buying a new one.Important thing is to insist on the 18 month version and personally I like the week on two pages in the pocket size

Always buy moleskin now

This is the best organizer made, especially with the 18 months and the horizontal layout. The extra 6 months allow the ability to seamlessly plan ahead for the next year while keeping current for the last half of the ongoing calendar year. Yes, that does mean duplicating some entries for six months, but that usually only takes about an hour, and it saves far more time in organization by not having to make more notes in the back of a 12 month planner for future dates then transfer all of those at the end of the year. The physical quality of the book is the best I've found, and it fits perfectly in the original Saddleback Leather cover that I bought years ago. That cover was brilliant and fit the Moleskine planner perfectly, but for some reason Saddleback changed the design to be more generic and less functional.

It’s exactly what I had hoped for: not too big, not too small, lots of space for each day, and a nice simple layout. I like that it starts in July so I can plan here for the real start of the new year: September 😊
