The multiple resistance options are great for a variety of exercises and to continue to progress while building more strength.

Great purchase to add to my home gym
Only thing I. Disappointed in is that there was no booklet with it. Exercise examples and the strength of each of the straps would have been nice. Used these several time as I really feel the burn!
