I like that this is clear and its very unique since im so used to the traditional brown extract I use in baking so its been fun seeing the difference in my baked goods especially white cake. This bottle is quite large and will last me quite a while which is really nice for the price. I really feel like this vanilla is the best in coffee and other drinks since it tastes delicious and a little goes a long way. I am excited to try it in hot chocolate when the weather gets cooler.

This is a really good vanilla extract, although it is quite pricey. I don't do a lot of baking, but this was good in coffee (you only need a little!) and I also plan to use it as a mixer and in oatmeal. I'm happy to see that it was made in the USA.

Even the word vanilla means standard or boring when you're describing something.However, vanilla has grown on me. Arrived in excellent shape. I'm glad that no artificial dyes are used. Mine came with a shelf life of around 5 years. Made in the USA is a plus as always. It's rather on the expensive side a $21 (at the time of this review) for a 16 fl oz. size. There's some real vanilla extracts of similar/exact size available for less.

The first thing you’ll notice is the wonderful smell! I could smell it even before I opened the bottle. I ordered the white vanilla, double strength and it adds delicious flavor! I first tried it in my lemon drop martinis. A little tip I learned from someone is to add a little vanilla flavoring (1/8 tsp) to your lemon drop martini, adds the most delicious flavor and cuts the sourness of the lemon! I also tried it in my overnight oats and it just really enhanced the flavor without overpowering the rest of the flavors. I don’t bake too often but I’ll be anxious to try it out in my cookies and muffins. You don’t need a lot, the flavor is pretty strong.I knew this would be a trusted product as the company is in the USA and has been around since 1927. They must be doing something right! Be careful when opening the cap though as I cracked my cap the first time I opened it. I did transfer the vanilla flavor into another bottle I had because I was afraid with the cracked cap it might leak out if it gets accidentally knocked over. Would really like to try some of their other flavors as well.

I'm reviewing Goodman's White Vanilla Clear Double Strength Artificial Flavor. I can get away with using regular vanilla essence for colored frostings, but when I make pure white frosting, clear vanilla is what I use. This clear vanilla is just as strong as the regular type. I used a 1:1 ratio to what my recipe calls and it turned out great. I do want to point out that this is artificial flavored, as it is clearly stated. For me, this is non-issue. I'm happy with this product.

Tastes like a good vanilla, and not where it tastes overly artificial or syrupy. Long shelf life as well.

I like that this vanilla is clear so you can really ensure your cakes, cookies and frosting stay white. This vanilla smells great and has good flavor. I would definitely recommend.
