This business goes above and beyond! I had an issue with this model not charging the phone unless placed in a specific way! They reached out and asked for the dimensions of my phone and the thickness of the case. They then asked if I had any recommendations. They listened and thanked me for the input. They also have another version that I tried out and it works flawlessly! This company goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction!

I thought I was going to love this charger. After having it for a week, I can say I like it at best. It chargers my earbuds & watch with no issue. The watch has a magnet & the earbuds has the connector. HOWEVER, finding the "sweet spot" & keeping your cell phone in place to fully charge it has been tricky. After overnight charging, I've found that my battery still wouldn't be fully charged. This happened a couple times. I've never had a wireless charger that somehow allowed the phone to "slide" or "shift". But the compact size and ability to charge all 3 items is still pretty good. Just keep an eye on the phone charging status!

I had recently purchased a Galaxy Watch 5 and was in need of a way to charge it on my nightstand. The charger that comes with the watch is a simple, tiny, flat base with a short cord that was proving cumbersome as it would often slip and fall behind the stand, sometimes taking the watch with it. I came across this charger while looking for a reliable charging stand for my watch and it fit the bill. It replaced the Qi charger I already had for my phone (a Pixel 5), enabling me to consolidate both purposes to one capable charging device. Best of all was the headphone charger in the base too. It's *not* just for charging earbuds. It's simply an open USB C charging port that any device small enough can plug into as well. I was easily able to stick my Nuhago wraparounds onto it for charging along with my watch and phone. These are my three most used daily devices and I'm happy to have them all neatly plugged into one compact charger where I can easily lay my hand on them as I'm heading out. Can't beat the price too at around $20 where most stands like this charge closer to $30 and upward. I only wish it supported landscape oriented charging for the phone or that the stand itself had some kind of indicator light to show it's getting power when plugged in, but I suppose you get what you pay for.Either way, good purchase. Highly recommend.(Edit: One additional note: I've seen other reviews warning that it doesn't work so well with Otterbox cases on the phone whicle charging but, personally, I have never encountered a problem with mine. It charges my phone with the case still on just fine.)

Someone mention it's fast charging but that's not true, from what the description of the charging station says! It's small enough that it doesn't take a lot of room on my night stand. I do have to move my cell phone a bit to get it to charge but it does grab and charges my phone.

I have three of these and they are compact and work great to charge my S21, Watch4 and ear buds.... Some have commented that it doesn't work with a case but I have no problem with my relatively thin case.....

I have an Otterbox on my phone, and it won't take the charge. Everything else about it is great though.

It's nice to have a station to charge all of Samsung products together. It charges well, not the fastest, but quite fast.
