Working great on my son's unicycle
We chose these because the spikes are juat removable machine screws (allen wrench and extra spikes were included). No complaints, they're working great and feel solid with great grip. The end that connects to the crank takes an allen wrench (included) which is a much easier way to install these things than a skinny crescent wrench. My son is happy. I'm happy.

good for the price
pedals are flat not concave or convex. pin length seems good with narrow pins. Have not put many miles on them so no long term review at this time. I use CB candies, but wanted to switch occasional for a short ride in street shoes.

Really Good Nylon Pedals
So I replaced some RF Chesters with these since they are very similar materials and size - they also feel very much alike as well. They are extremely light and durable and give my bike a newer look and feel as well. The thing I like and dislike the most are the pins that are there to prevent foot slippage. I like them bcuz my feet do not slip while im riding. However, they do dig a channel in the soles of my shoes and that's a bummer cuz I ride daily and go thru shoes kinda quickly as a result. But it's worth it for me bcuz my feet stay out once I'm pedalling and over any terrain I choose to ride for the day. The best things about these pedals though, is the price. Such a great value and probably one of the best deals in mountain biking.

Just what I needed for my old mountain bike
I have an old Marin Bobcat Trail mountain bike that has green accents all over the black frame. So, when I found these pedals available on Amazon I thought I would give them a try. My bikes original pedals are the cheap plastic ones that came with the bike originally. They were showing signs of wear from scrapes and they were a bit small for my big feet. These pedals from Bowod arrived very well packed and included the Allen wrench to install them. They also included extra screw pins, so you can replace them as needed. There is a QR code with a link for installation instructions, but it is pretty straight forward. Take the old ones off, put the new ones on.The quality of these pedals seems very good and I have been able to put quite a bit of miles on them since installing them. The color green matches my bikes accents just perfect which is a bonus.I have not used pedals with metal pins before and I was concerned they would be uncomfortable, but you really don't notice them that much. They will scrape up your shins pretty good if you do slip off them though, so that is a concern. The grip is fantastic and gives me confidence I did not have with the old smaller pedals.I can definitely recommend these pedals and I will probably get another pair in a different color for my full suspension bike in the near future.....

Good quality flat pedals for road or trail riding
These are lightweight, large-surface-area, flat pedals; they are easy to install and they provide solid footing while pedaling a bike. If you are putting them on new crank arms, you should grease the threads so you can remove them later. If replacing pedals, clean any dirty grease off the crank threads and re-grease to get a better installation. Do not over-tighten them. If using a pedal wrench, grip the tool close to the pedal while tightening. The allen wrenches that are provided by the seller will also help to prevent over-tightening.I checked the tightness of the twelve screws (on each pedal) that provide shoe traction. Most of them could be tightened very slightly, and none were loose. Maybe every thousand kilometers or so, the screws should be checked for tightness. If you forget, the seller provides six replacement screws for the pedals. These are very good pedals, and seem like a fair value at twenty-three dollars. I like them.
