These are UK manufactured , vegan, halal, kosher and free of pretty much everything, gluten, soya, yeast, dairy. You get 120 capsules, approx. 4 months supply, the price at point of order was £11.97, as at the date of review it was £10.77. As someone with lifelong low iron levels I know the effect on your system of having to take very high doses for short periods of time to get levels up, so the bess option is to keep your levels up with regular standard doses. These capsules provide 14mg each, more then the 8.7 mg the NHS recommends for men over 19 years and women over 50 years, and roughly equal to the daily requirement for women aged 19 t0 49.8 with the daily Vit C requirement added and a negligible amount of calcium. The tub is sealed at the mouth with a long use by date of Feb 2027, just under 3 years. The capsules are c. 20mm long x 8 mm wide, easy to swallow without needing a drink. I value the lack of effect on my digestive system but then the dose is not high so I didn't expect to be affected. Looking on Amazon I found the same number of UK manufactured vegan capsules with the same or more (other vitamins too) in them for less. A solid 4 stars, but be aware of the cost relative to other products
