Broken humerus at the shoulder joint, this covers the entire shoulder top bottom left and right. I think it’s worth every penny. I put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. It’s the perfect temperature and holds the cold. Wrapped around on my shoulder like a mold. Looks just like the pictures and the descriptions and it’s flexible and it works with my sling at the same time. Very happy with it.

Does what it's supposed to do. Doesn't stay cold for very long, but it doesn't state that it will. About 15-20 minutes. My 'ping' is that (IMO) manufacturers don't consider/realize that these types of aids (slings; braces; cold wraps; etc.) need to be designed for people who have to put the product BY THEMSELVES. Closures need to be in the front and not the back. Straps need to be long enough to be reached (in the back) to pull to the front; AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, people buying these products typically have an injury that limits how far they can reach to the sides and behind. The display videos are clearly done by models that have TWO working shoulders without limitations. Putting this on ALONE takes some creativity without dexterity.

Works great for 20 min. Very comfortable used it for rotator cuff surgery. The stitching starting coming frayed after 6 weeks of using it everyday and the Velcro is very difficult to pull apart that’s why I gave it a three star rating not easy to pull apart with one arm

Great product. It does both ice and heat.

While I will say it’s very comfortable to wear it is not very well made. The stitching is not durable at all and believe it or not the very first time I put it on it ripped. The gel inside is also unfortunately too thin in my opinion and it really only stays cold for about 10 minutes. It’s too bad because I really had high hopes for this. I feel if they could make it a bit more heavy duty on the stitching and thicken up the gel it could be a pretty good product but as it is now it’s just not good enough for the intended purpose and I had to return it.

Whether using with heat or cold. It is comforting. Relaxing and healing.

I have tried 3 other shoulder ice packs. This one I can put on myself and the pack conforms nicely but still puckers up at the neck so I have to pull it down at my chest to get it to fully seat. The cooling works well but only lasts about 15 minutes which is ok.

Item fell apart after getting wet. Put it inside our small cooler with beverages and ice for a ballgame. Ice melted and it got wet. The gel inside bunched up and we couldn’t get it back to its intended shape. Had to discard.
