Great!
This was fairly easy to install. The hardest part is removing my old ones, lol. After that was done, I just screwed the pipes in and plugged it in. It comes with a tool to screw the nut onto the faucet to secure it from under the sink. Some have hand twist ones, some have ones that you have to use your own wrench, but for that particular part, it came with a plastic tool. You still do need wrenches to screw it into the pipes and into the connectors. You're working with water, so it's not going to be a tool-less install. It works great when I'm ready to use it. It activates when I put my hands near it and turns off when I remove my hands. I didn't have any leaks (made sure all my connections were tight and that I used the gaskets/that they were still in. Props to them for having the hot and cold water pipes colored red and blue. Makes it so much easier to remember which one was supposed to be hot and which was supposed to be cold when hooking it up without having to disconnect and look at the color on the temperature adjuster. I mounted it with screws and it's out of the way, so you should set the temp to something you'll be comfortable with unless you want to have to keep going under the sink to change it. Overall, it's a nice futuristic thing to have. No more worries about touching the faucets with dirty hands. The water is forceful enough, but isn't too forceful to splash everywhere (I did have one brand that was and had to lower the water pressure under my sink) so that's a plus. The only con I'd say is that it doesn't have an attachment or hole for the drain pull thingy that was already in my sink, so I have to do without being able to pop the drain up and down easily. I'll probably try to rig something to get it working, because the drain will go down and close if someone presses it, and I'll have to go under the sink to push it back up. I may just have to drill a hole. One other thing of note is that it turns on and off really fast. Like, you can see the flexible pipes jump. You see the whole control box jump. All of the ones I got like this do that. I just read a review about water hammer, and hopefully this doesn't happen to me. I may look into the pressure relievers to prevent that.

Save water live better!
I recently installed this motion-activated, hands-free faucet in my bathroom and it's been a fantastic addition. The premium feel of the smooth black matte finish really stands out. The sensor control is top-notch, activating with a subtle sound that signifies the start and stop of the water flow, which I find quite satisfying. It offers dual power options: batteries or a power plug. I plan to reroute an outlet to the lower cabinet for the plug-in feature, saving the hassle of changing AA batteries. It’s also a great conversation starter; guests often comment on how unusual and modern it is to have an automatic faucet in a home setting. Save water! Everyone is talking about how their family is wasting water etc... Definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

Modern automatic faucet
Ordered this for a home bathroom. Came with all the parts needed - hoses, screws, temperature adjustment control box, all the fixings. All I needed was a wrench to install this, and it took 15-20 minutes to install. When taking into account the control box and temperature valve, the hoses were just fine in length, and I needed no additional parts. The hardest part about the installation was figuring out how to mount the control box so that there wasn't tension on any of the hoses, and I ended up suspending it with a thick piece of wire so that nothing had any tension or kinks. In my case, I used the batteries, but there is an included transformer to allow you to plug it into a wall. It should be noted that this model's temperature adjustment must be done under the sink, so it's not conducive to be adjusted while you're using it.Functionally, it works as expected and will stay activated when your hands are under the water stream. My only concern with the entire unit is that it shuts off and turns on abruptly, which could lead to water hammering, but time will tell if I have to install a water hammer arrestor. It should also be noted that if you're installing this in a home, there is no hole for a drain plug assembly handle, so in my case, I just drilled a hole in the top plate so that we can continue to use the existing drain plug in the bathroom sink. I would estimate that we are already saving water, since little hands can't forget to turn it off. :-)

Excellent automatic faucet
I ordered this for our main floor bathroom that was being renovated. I was searching for faucets and other bathroom accessories and came across this automatic faucet so I thought why not give it a try, it should also help save the water especially when there are kids in the home. The contractor installed it easily and it looks very elegant in the new bathroom. It functions very well, and saves water while hands are not in front of the sensor, the sensor is very responsive. The only thing that I didn't like is that I cannot control the water flow, it comes our very hard as the water flow is very high. I am looking to install a Faucet Aerator to control the water flow, but otherwise it works very well. And yes, the price is very reasonable as compared to other automatic faucets.

Excellent hand free faucet
The product is pretty heavy duty and is of very good quality. There's definitely attention to manufacturing detail. The installation is quite easy. The two water hoses connect the hot and cold water to the mixer valve. The pre-mixed water then goes to the control box, inside of course is the control valve and other components. The water out of the control box goes to the faucet by another water hose. If you got room and extra hoses, you can strategically locate the mix valve at easily reachable position because occasionally you may need to adjust the temperature of the water. The water comes on and off depending on if a hand or hands are detected by the sensor. The unit works well. At time of review, the price of $40 is of excellent value.

Very complicated to install
Thought this would be a good idea for my elderly parent but it was very complicated to install. I've been a handyman for nearly ten years and it took me longer than I expected to install.
