It really does work for molluscum warts!!
My 2.5YO DD caught warts in 2012. We had a cluster start on the inside of her right arm at the elbow (see pics). She has eczema there so they slowly started to pop out as the skin broke. We went to the derm who told me to apply Retin-A daily on each wart for 6w. We did that and they got red and ugly but no major change. When we went back he said they would go away on their own in 2 years or less so maybe just wait it out.Well I was ok with that when there were only about 6, but within the next few months she had over 60 small warts all over her body. If she had an open skin wound (scratch, eczema), they would pop out. I did some research and found this product. I give her 4-5 a day starting in late Feb 2013. She loves them and has no trouble taking them. Within a couple weeks, her warts got red and scabbed over. And now, barely 1 month later, they are healing and many are gone. It's really amazing. As an added benefit, she has a small hemangioma on her forehead that is starting to fade too. I knew that would fade eventually because her sister has one (and dad had one when he was little too), but it's fading much quicker now that she has been on Thuja.I will be ordering more thuja by Boiron until all her warts cleared and even continue for a while after that. Maybe her hemangioma will go away early! As an aside, my friend's son has warts too. She first started treating with apple cider vinegar (2 cups in daily bath and spot-treatment on warts after). She said that has been working too. She bought some thuja and hopes they will go away even faster. She said her husband stared taking it also and a fungus on his foot began to heal. Sounds like a wonder medicine. Maybe I should start taking it!

Didn't work at all
No change in dog's papilloma warts. I was hopeful that it would help but it did nothing! Don't waste your time and money.

Seemed to work
My dog developed this horrible sort over a three week period. It was very big, the size of a pencil eraser right below his eye.Our vet said there was a surgical option that would cost around $1,000.00 but there was a good chance of it growing back. He said it should go away with time.I purchased these pills and within 6 days. The wart turned black and fell off. I don’t know if this happened naturally or because of these pills but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Might have helped my dog's canine papilloma virus
My puppy had a wart on his lip since his 6 month mark when his adult canines were coming in. I didn't know what it was at the time but noticed it getting bigger and got it checked 3 months later when it still hadn't gone away and a month after that found another in his cheek and on top of his head. I received this item mid-February for my pup who was reaching his 11 month mark - so 5 months already with warts that just seemed to keep getting worse with the "wait and watch" approach. I've isolated him more from other dogs and got a portable water bottle+dog dish combo to keep him from infecting other dogs or re-infecting himself and given him 2 pellets in the morning mixed into his breakfast along with a multivitamin that contains lysine for the last 3 weeks, and in the last week and a half started applying diluted apple cider vinegar on a few days and vitamin e oil on other days. He started scratching the wart on his head the last 2 days so it bled (cleaned it with cooled boiled water mixed with salt and applied bacitracin). The wart on his lip fell off yesterday at some point! The one on the inside of his cheek has shrunken substantially! I can't say if it was just one thing that helped the progress of seeing the warts resolve but the thuja has been part of the treatment!

Assisted in resolving canine oral papilloma warts in 85 pound dog.
I cannot say for certain if this product accomplished what we wanted by itself, but it was part of the treatment regimen we used to get rid of our dogs canine oral papilloma warts. He had roughly 10, some towards rear of the mouth near the throat, some on the roof of the mouth, some along the gum lines. They showed up and grew rapidly. We initiated the Matrix Mushroom supplement for Immunity that uses Turkey Tail. We had been looking at doing this regardless as our dog had a dermal hemangiosarcoma tumor removed and Turkey Tail has had beneficial impacts with that particular cancer in clinical trials. Through some online searching kept seeing Thuja repeated over and over for these particular warts. It was hard to get a definitive dosage regiment, so I ordered both the 30C and 200 dosage levels, which looked identical honestly. We went back and forth between the 30C and 200, giving 3 balls in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Missed a couple doses here and there. Within a week we could start seeing some impact on the warts. At two weeks they had reduced in size substantially. They are now almost completely non-existent. Once the dog has a chance to build antibodies to these warts they should not recure, so we are hopeful that they will be gone once and for all at this point. My dog is 85 pounds and we had success with 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night. Perhaps adjust your dosing accordingly for your dog size. Expect to see results within 1-2 weeks or consider your dosage is not enough. Good luck!
