Poor quality. Not as advertised.
I was really looking forward to have this doll in my collection. However, the quality of this product is so disappointing. Her head was wabbly in one side and firm in the other, so her face stayed uneven. Her hair is lovely but the rooting is awful. She has no hair partition, so when you try to divide her hair for styling, you see big bald spots. Also, I thought I was going to get the doll with blue eyes like other customers. But I got it with brown eyes instead. So upsetting and disappointing😞😞
