This is a great gift to myself. I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain recently so decided to give this a try. It definitely eases the pain. It has various settings so can be tailored to your own preferences. My favourite thing about it is that it is also warm. Obviously it’s not the same as a masseuse but as an in home do it yourself alternative it is great.

I got this for myself, as I've been having back pain in a morning. It works well, has 3 speed settings, feels good and the heat helps a lot - just the right amount of warmth. The only negatives I'd say is a longer wire would be great and it's a bit awkward to position sometimes & to use the buttons without seeing them can take a bit to get used to. I think it's worth the money (around £18).

Brilliant would recomemd

The media could not be loaded. It's all a matter of opinion, however, here is my honest opinion.I was very excited to try this pillow as it promised quite a lot...and unfortunately for the most part it did not deliver.The first thing that you come across is the sound made by the rotating kneaders when you turn it on...as you can hear it's quite loud..hard to relax with that sound, the second thing you notice is how hard this pillow is to the point that I would call it a wedge rather than a pillow, than the operation itself, nothing fancy there just 2 rotating kneaders which rotate backwards and forwards and due to shape give the impression of kneading action, however the kneaders themselves are hard as rock 🪨 , the heating also disappoints as I had it on for about 10 minutes and all I could feel was bit of warmth coming off the machine far from the feeling of heat.The reason why I give it 3 stars is that I have put my back on it and I am quite heavy and it still carries on and it does feel nice on your feet when you use it, however overall for the reasons above I think the price and description does not match the quality expected for what you pay realistically.
