Harvest Roast Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds are a fantastic healthy snack food alternative. We raise only one special variety of local pumpkin that produces our premium grade, jumbo seeds. But alas, not all seeds are created equal. The inner meat in our variety is plumper and the hull is more tender than others. Our gourmet roasted pumpkin seeds are truly a pleasure to eat, even with the shell. We roast our Gourmet seeds in Quick Product small batches by hand. They are not mass produced, but carefully sorted to ensure the best quality.
