Easy to read and well laid out book on how to heal your thyroid
My experience of Dr. Eric Osansky is that he is very knowledgeable and thorough. If there is something he doesn’t have the answer to, he will most likely research it. And in this book he shares his wealth of knowledge in an easy to read, and well laid out, fashion.I got Graves in 2019 and researched quite a bit and, amongst other resources, found Dr. Eric Osansky with a lot of information on his websites. Had this book been available then, it would have saved time looking in lots of different places. Yet, still good resource for continuing on this wellness jouney.I attended his 30-day Graves and hyperthyroid challenge in spring 2020. I used many of the tips and suggestions which are now in his book and I was in remission by March 2020.I feel it’s important to get to the root cause and this book outlines several areas to look at, and then “treat”, in order to get well again. In addition to it being a healing diet book, it’s a bit like an encyclopaedia you can go to for checking whatever it is you want to know about hyperthyroidism and lifestyle changes and how to heal. There’s also a section «Beyond the hyperthyroid healing diet», which is good as there are likely more factors than just diet that is at the root cause. And there are several chapters in this section that are useful. In the last couple of years he’s also released a number of useful podcasts, always interesting to listen to. So my advice is to check out all of Dr. Eric Osansky’s resources.

I am on the right path
Having Graves is so confusing where to start,is it gut test,is it blood sugar or is it food sensitivities'...for me it was my diet. But it wasn't easy to find one,so just like everyone else probably i have jumped on AIP,and found it hard to make these new meals cause of my brain fog and fatigue. So when i found out that Dr.E Osansky has released it i thought it's God's sent help and because everything comes at the right time,i know i am on the right path.Loving the book but i need more time for information to settle down so i can take the next step towards my healthy, happy and loving me.

This book is so informative!
I learnt so much reading this book about diet triggers and harmful foods. I have an enlarged Goater and subclinical hyperthyroidism. I’m on meds at the moment but want to slowly come off them using a diet plan outlined in this book. This is a dictionary of information which is easy to read and understand. I’m so glad I came across this book.I started my new eating plan a week ago and I already feel much calmer and haven’t had any palpitations all week which I was getting daily before.
