If you use stainless, this is about as good as you can get. I got the 10 and 12, and I use the 10 daily. Light enough and with nicely curved edges for flipping whatever is in the pan. It is a pleasure to use.Understand folks that every material choice is a tradeoff.The main disadvantage is that stainless pans are sticky compared with nonstick aluminum, cast iron or carbon steel. So you have to add oil every time you fry anything. Advantages are that stainless tolerates acidic foods, is easy to clean and can be scrubbed vigorously without damaging any finishes or seasoning. This pan is a very durable and well-engineered tool that can be useful and attractive for many years.

I’m completely in love with these pans. When you properly heat them they’re absolutely wonderful to cook with!!

ok so i got this to replace my dead and dying non stick pan, read lots of reviews, this pan says to do the thing where you let it heat up for 10 seconds before adding any sort of oil, did that, have to say in the beginning the non stick was not working- i sincerely wanted to trash this thing- and now its working better and i have no idea how this pan works or what sort of voodoo is going on here- i'll update later what i think after using it more than a few months- it might be a "benjamin button" pan i'm not sure...also i find it wildly difficult to get rid of whatever grease finds itself near the top inner edge, stuck in the non stick matrix, its not bad enough to replace but its not what i expected either.

Love the wide handle holds a nice grip better than All-you know who with skinny little grip I don't get it. Nice dull metal finish not mirrored. I got the 8 inch to try out. I'm now ordering the 10 and 12 inch. I'm a professional chef and while these are not Demeyere Belgium or Sardel Italia they are great looking and I do like that the handles can be removed for deep cleaning and no rivets on interior of the pan. They are super great looking as well. Now time shall tell but for the reasonable price point. $18.99 for 8 inch and $52.00 for the 10 and 12 inch as a set it's a great value. They are too good looking to bring to restaurant so they will be part of my private home collection. If you are not getting Demeyere, Sardel, Heritage USA or AllClad. By pass every lower to midrange and get these. Tramontina and Cuisinart as well as a few others are very good if you catch them on sale as well but these are better looking and do not have the layered bottom piece in other words the pan is 1 solid piece no attached disc like Cuisinart.

Other than having to put them together, these pans are great. Great heat distribution on my induction oven and hold up well after use.

it's not a non stick product cheap non stick you try to do fry over easy eggs..sticks..I don't recommend this pan of you are truly wanting a non stick pan if I could give it a zero star I would..but it doesn't even deserve a 1 star

I am updating my review because seller reached out and fixed the issue. They provided maintenance, usage and care tips that helped my experience with these products.Old review: These are good size and they look like the expensive brand, however they do have many issues. They are not completely non-stick for sure, you have to use a lot of oil. Also grease and residue tend to stick on the rim no matter what and it is hard to clean. That is the reason I am given these 3 stars, there is a lot of room for improvement for sure.
