No problem side effects
As we all know... any drug or supplement comes with side effects that are either easily perceived or not. Having taken this Juvenon bladder herbal supplement for a few weeks, I have noticed no discernable side effects. Since I already have some serious bladder control issues, it is probably too late to get any relief with any supplement. I have not noticed any change in my condition with the use of this supplement. All I can relate is that there has been no negatives from use.

Proprietary blends of good stuff
After multiple natural childbirths, let's just say that things have changed. There's a lot to like about Juvenon Iron Bladder, start with its incredibly clear name. The extracts included have generally been used for bladder/urinary support for many years (thousands, in the case of many of the traditional Chinese herbs). I'm not generally a fan of proprietary blends because you lose the ability to measure the efficacy of any specific ingredient, instead depending on this specific brand. That's probably the point though, huh?I've had some relief and, after taking it for about a week, I'm getting up a bit less at night. Hopefully by the end of the bottle I won't be getting up at all - and then I'll gladly order another.

So far. so good
Yup, I'm stating it here for all to see, I have a runaway bladder. So I jumped at the chance to get these 'Juvenon Iron Bladder' supplements. There is a 30 day supply of these capsules per bottle (60 capsules with a dosage of two per day). So, for the price, you don't get a ton. But then again, supplements like this never seem to run cheap. They have the ingredients known to bring a raging bladder under control. The jury is still out for me; I've been taking them for a little over a week and so far it's hard to tell if they're making enough difference to make them worthwhile. Many treatments like this take time to build up in your system though so I'm certainly not going to write them off. I'll continue to take my daily dosage and if they fail to live up to expectations I'll update my review.I'll be honest, I like the name 'Iron Bladder.' It says what it is and there's no ambiguity about it. Might as well have a little style if your going to be selling something for bladder control. And the name is easy to remember. So far. so good. With the list of its ingredients at work, I have no reason to doubt the efficacy of this product.

Not a fan of the name, but it is attention-grabbing
I ordered this because I suspect I am developing an overactive bladder and I seek herbal support over pharmaceuticals any time I can. I'm not familiar with several of the ingredients but have done some research and am hopeful this will calm spasms and improve overall bladder health. The name 'Iron Bladder' seems a bit silly but ok, whatever. It gets the point home that this product may help you hold your bladder. The capsules are easy to swallow with liquid and don't have any flavor or odor. The plastic bottle is opaque with a screw-top lid and it was sealed internally and externally. The only thing that gives me pause is the price, which currently is just under $47 for a 1-month supply. My lack of knowledge about the sourcing of the ingredients and their rarity/availability makes me hesitate to complain because there is the possibility this is a fair price for these kinds of compounds. It does list some fillers which I feel at this price point should not be included.

One Month Down.... No effects noted
Followed dosage as directed for one month - no noticeable change in bladder function or capacity. You might need to live through a few months of these pills before noticing any effects, or you may notice nothing at all.The pills are big, though typical herbal remedy capsule sized. On the positive side, I noticed no side effects, either.

A comprehensive herbal blend
I ordered this supplement for my husband, who has been “getting up a lot” at night lately.I am familiar with most of these herbs, with the exception of Lindera . I looked that up and found that it has been used for a long time in Traditional Chinese Medicine , often for urinary health and overactive bladder. So I found that interesting. The capsules are easy to take. I like that they are vegetarian, delayed release capsules .My husband hasn’t been taking this long enough to report much change.Speaking from personal experience, whether you are a man or a woman, if you are experiencingurinary frequency you may find kegel exercises helpful. Yes, men do them too . Google it.This formula contains herbs that have been shown to be helpful for urinary frequency , and it should help .

Very odd smell, but...
So far, so good. There are no weird side effects, and they seem to make urination a little more comfortable. It might be too early to tell the efficacy of these, but I am at an age where my bladder can use some help.
